Went in to drop off a package that was already in the box with a shipping label. Got in line behind a woman who had already been waiting. Finally, about 5 mins later, someone came to help. There was a girl helping a guy send a package off and she finished helping him while the woman in front of me was being helped. Instead of helping me she walked back off to the middle of the store where the computers are. There were 3 other people already back there working on the computers. The woman in front of me finished sending her package off and the woman helping her walked back to the middle to talk to the other employees. Two people walked in and walked up to the copy section right beside the packing section and both of these female employees walked over to the help them. The employee that was helping the woman in front of me walked over to the woman that had just walked in and started talking and laughing with her and walked to the middle of the store to help her. Two people walked in and got in line behind me to send packages off. We were all still ignored. Two more people walked in to the copying section and were immediately helped and rung up by the employees. I had the same two female employees plus another female and male employee walk by me and the others waiting to drop packages off MULTIPLE times and make eye contact multiple times and not once did anyone ever say a word. No "do you need help?" "May I help you?" "Were not accepting packages right now" NOTHING. I finally put my package up on the counter and said to the woman behind me "do they not realize that they have customers waiting to be helped?" And every employee behind the counter turned and stared at me. After waiting 20 minutes I finally grabbed my package and left. This store is horrible. The employees are horrible. The customer service is horrible. Fed Ex is a waste of money and everyone should avoid this store and avoid Fed Ex. If I could rate them less than a 1, I definitely would.

I have used this Kinkos location for 10 years. They are fantastic!! Its not the employees there that are the issue its the customers. When you come into a business, you should have some idea of what you are trying to accomplish. Most people walk to the counter with their package, no box, no label prepared, digging around in their purse for money. If you are ready and prepared when you get there, they are fast and efficient.

Ive always had a great experience here. Friendly staff, always seem eager to help. My most recent project I used them for was to bind a brief for a law school class. I took it back twice to have it rebound after I discovered mistakes. They redid the binding and added the corrected pages twice, refusing to let me pay both times. I also love the hours. Once I had a project bound at 11 pm that was due the next morning.

Simply put, this place is awful. Never seen such a lack of customer service anywhere else. OfficeMax just down the road does a much better job for half of the cost and an overall better experience. And this is from a guy that worked at FedEx for a year.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE EMPLOYEES THERE ACT IDENTICALLY TO THOSE IN DAVE CHAPPELLES SKIT: POP-COPY. ALL OF THEM ARE RUDE AND SLOW AS HELL. AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES WITH 20 EMPLOYEES DOING NOTHING, I WALKED OUT.

For those of you who are last-minute with projects, Kinkos in Tuscaloosa is great at helping you finish things up at 4am or whenever you happen to come in. If you need something bound theyll do it at all hours.
