If u could give them no stars I would. We placed an order for stationary and peel and stick envelopes. Went back when they called and said the stationary was ready. But for some reason they didnt place an order for the envelopes. So we did it then and had to wait for them to come in. When they finally did come in they were not peel and stick. The lady at the counter said she didnt know what peel and stick labels work. How do you work at Office Depot, let alone in the printing department, and not know what peel and stick envelopes are? So we left and she said she would take care of it. So we called about a week later and the guy says he just came in and doesnt know anything about our order, and tells us we need to call later. Total inconvenience. When we go to the store for the third time, see if the envelopes are finally ready, because we did not receive a call, it takes about 15 minutes for us to finally get the envelopes and get checked out. They are VERY unorganized. Will not be going back there for any printing needs ever.

Wasnt impressed with the finishing services at all. The associate cut a standard size stack of paper which was supposed to be cut in half unevenly and didnt bother to cut the blank space off the other half so that the paper could stack evenly. More importantly, if he thought the print was off, why not tell me before cutting? Had the nerve to say "Thats why its better to let professionals do the printing..." Its better to let professionals do the finishing! Wont be visiting this store again for anything.

We have been working with Office Depot for several years both personally and professionally. Their staff is so supportive and patient! Dick, who works in the printing department, literally SAVED my wedding!!!! We had a problem with someone being left out of the ceremony program, and he was able to work with the electronic files to make it look as if everything was perfect from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this store and staff to everyone! Excellent and very professional!!!!

The staff was excellent and very polite. They greeted my wife and I when we came into the store. The staff helped us locate what was needed. One sales associate in particular went out of his way to get me 6 manila folders. I needed them for school but I did not need a full box. In addition, he said no charge. I wish I had gotten his name. I will return because of the customer service. The store is located on Indianapolis Blvd in Highland, In.

I have always received excellent service and help at the store. The manager Rob has gone out of his way to help me find things and get things that they didnt have on hand and I cant see enough about them. Also the young woman named charity is extremely helpful kind and happy makes you feel good to go there.

Ok so I walked in and didnt have to look for anybody...the rep came to me and asked if I needed any assistance. Once I found the first few items she helped me find more. Hands down the best customer service Ive had in a long long time at any establishment. The cashiers were also very friendly
