Cashier was pleasant, store rep helpful, but had to get an approval code to use my Office Depot card because they said I owed $12 that was past due. First of all, I got no bill because they set me up as paperless without telling me, and secondly I just bought the $8 mouse three weeks ago. Said an email was sent on the 20th for payment. Today is the 23rd. Seriously? Its bad when the cashier is upset with the phone rep too. I had to pay the $12 in order to get my purchase approved.

Associates had NO knowledge of any products, asked for help to purchase a laptop. Guy says theyre right here and walked away... he literally stood at the end of the isle playing on his phone... The bathroom was worse than ANY truck stop I have EVER SEEN- and I am a truck driver....!

Slow service. If I hadnt have gone in knowing what I wanted already (2 in stock printers), it would have taken twice as long as it did. It took almost 45 minutes total from the time that I found a salesman to the time I walked out. Save time & frustration & go somewhere else.
