A staff member was very rude when I asked a question about getting a raincheck on an out of stock sale item not knowing that Office Depot doesnt do them. I was there to get school supplies, asked a young man if they do rainchecks, he said no, and more to myself I said "Well that stinks" (not complaining to him or mad at him or the store, but more feeling unlucky that I didnt make it in time to get the deal), at which point he said "Well.....", shrugged his shoulders, and rolled his eyes while I was still looking at him. I was pretty livid leaving there and havent been back. He definitely could have kept his eye rolling and shrugging to himself. I wish I had gotten his name, but oh well. Im sure hes probably been fired since then since he was so brazen to shrug his shoulders and roll his eyes RIGHT in my face. I doubt Im the only one hes done that to.

Prices are average, but if you ask them, they will price-match with competitors for at least the smaller items. I am not sure about the larger ones. Customer service is great! They spent about 10 minutes making sure I had the right printer cartridge, which is difficult to do since I have a new printer, which accepts a strange type of cartridge (be careful what you buy at Walmart).

Never had an issue with this location, friendly helpful staff, would like them to be more educated on the products they sell though. I can read the product boxes too lol. They usually have whatever we need in stock and prices are decent.
