Took my laptop in for what I was told by another store was a broken charging jack. These guys not only helped me get urgent school work off of my laptop when it wouldnt turn on so I didnt miss any deadlines, but also, when they diagnosed the real problem (not the charging jack) and determined it was unfixable as my computer was very old, they helped me transfer all of my data and computer programs (Microsoft, MATLAB, etc) within the hour onto a new computer! They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and quick.

Helpful and honest people. When I needed to replace my acer laptop keyboard, they told me it would cost 95$, but then offered an alternative, that I order the part and replace it on my own just 31$ without any charge to them. I cant thank enough. The only downside was that when they removed the old keyboard, they mist have done it a bit too forcefully because some of old parts got stuck in motherboard, and it took a little while to remove them. Other than that, very good, skilled people

They not only fix the problems, but theyre also honest -- when I had a problem with a battery a few years ago that I thought was something much more expensive, they didnt even charge me for looking at it. Similarly, when I had a problem with my screen last week, they told me that it would be cheaper to order a new screen rather than the time-consuming and costly replacement of the backlight.

These guys are amazing! Im an anal retentive know it all with an extremely complicated (Getac) laptop. They managed to flash & update my bios & ec allowing my laptop to recognize newly installed hardware all the while maintaining all personal configurations & data (WOW) !!

I brought my computer in to be repaired. I was happy to learn they have an anti-virus program. I didnt know which one to buy and theirs is warrantied against getting a virus. I thought I got something and brought it back and they fixed it right up at no charge.

My dell laptop was severely broken and needed a total body repair and replace. Not only did they fix it completely but they did it within a few days with a laptop where its only good parts were the insides. Great service as well they really are the best!
