Owner Ken is not only an expert on computers, he knows how to talk to the casual user. Getting my car serviced is almost as bad. Lately, Ive had a multitude of problems and Ken has slugged through them all. He also installed some free software that allows me to keep my computer so clean, my mother would be proud. His location is a little hard to find but the green flag that says "CLCS" on the South side of Bernice is a give away. His prices are exceptionally reasonable. A deep clean of the computer cost almost twice as much in my old hometown. And as far as the Geek Squad goes, theyre highly inconsistent. Some are very smart while other dont know the difference between RAM on the computer and the Bull coming from their mouth.So go see Ken. Hell fix your computer and you wont need to take a second mortgage to do it,

GREAT PLACE....I brought a Dell Laptop here about 4-5 years ago and up until now I never had a problem with it. The one issue I ran into recently was hard drive space was all used. It was suggested by Ken to buy external hard drive and transfer Itunes music, which solved my problem. My only complaint is I was never followed up with regarding my recent purchase. It seems like this small business may need more manpower to handle growing clientle in the near future.

This place is fantastic. I came here to get my Brother Printer fixed, and how they handled it was great. They called me just to make sure, I was able to bring the printer in. They called me when the printer was fixed and called me a week or two later just to check up on the repair. They even gave me a free black ink cartridge. AWESOME customer service. Will come back.
