I cannot rate these guys highly enough. I brought a mysteriously non-functioning table-top custom built PC to PRO to diagnose what was wrong. I had previously sent the machine back to the manufacturer TWICE and they had failed to properly diagnose or fix the problem. Stephan replaced every single component in the box to isolate what was going on. Finally we found that there was an issue with the case, something the manufacturer itself had completely missed. He replaced every component in a new case and my new machine works perfectly now. When it came to paying the bill, he wanted to charge me such an absurdly low fee that I actually had to demand that he add some cash to the bill so I wouldnt feel like I was cheating the shop. Seriously, if you have ANY problems whatsoever with your tech, take it here. The people are knowledgeable, extremely courteous, timely, and affordable. Thank you again Stephan for all the hard work you put into my machine!

My dc jack went bad and everybody knows your computer wont be able to charge the battery with that type of dysfunction so I had to do something! They fixed that problem for an affordable price and gave me the option of rush service so that helped tremendously! On top of that they installed a new internal hard drive to boost the memory which was running low and did not charge extra for the labor only for the rush fee. Overall I would go back to these cool cats for help if I ever encountered any problems because they did such a great job! In fact I highly recommend them for any future service and I am so glad that I was able to locate them.

After dropping something on my laptop, I had the hardest time finding people who could give me fast service. The Geek Squad said that they couldnt diagnose it in the store, and that it would take up to 30 days to send it out and get it fixed. I then tried the IT guys at my grad school - they also couldnt diagnose it. After reading positive reviews online, I traveled uptown 45 minutes on the off chance that PRO Computers would be able to help me. They had it working the next day, AND it was cheap to boot. These guys reminded me of the comp sci friends I had in college - so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend their service!

I have used Pro Computers several times and with several different computer systems. They always do a competant job, keep me well informed, and will not do any needless repairs that are not approved. There was one advanced RAID disaster recovery that they were not able to fix, and I took it to another, more expensive, place which did find the problem and fix it. But, with that aside, Pro Computers have always come through for me. I would recommend them to anyone who has a simple to intermediate repair need, although more advanced repairs might need to be taken to the next level. Overall though, nice job!

Ive been taking my computer to PRO Computer for the past 4 years for various reasons. They have always been professional, timely and efficient! This past week I had to take my computer in due to a virus,Nick fixed my computer and when I got it home I had to call him with several questions, he was very patient with my calls and educated me on what I needed to do, when I couldnt get it he had me come back to the store and walked me through things. That is what I call service, KUDOS to the employees at PRO Computers!! Will and do recommend anyone one I know to this store. Thanks Much!!

My laptop had a bad DC jack and would not charge. After researching several local repair shops online, I settled on PRO Computers because Jake was the friendliest and most customer service oriented out of the places I called. I was 99% sure on the issue, but PRO Computers said they would still need to run a diagnostic test, which was credited to the final bill. I dropped off on a Friday morning and it was ready on Thursday. A little longer than I expected considering the part was available at the shop, but overall very satisfied with the result and would recommend.

These guys are lifesavers. They are also honest, good communicators, and quick to respond. When my computer was damaged due to a liquid spill, they got to work quickly and kept me apprised of the progress. I got my computer back and noticed one thing that worked differently than it had before the repair, took it back and they immediately fixed that too. The price was reasonable too. Im super pleased these guys are in my hood and plan to recommend them and use them again if I need further help.

I have worked with these guys for a couple of years now. They have helped me out of a couple of nasty virus issues, retrieved lost data, upgraded memory...stuff I could do but would take me much longer than taking advantage of their expertise. They are very reasonably priced, and I have used other services in the area. Just nice to know you can count on these guys when something happens and you are "down". These guys know what they are doing and WILL help you.

I learned about PRO Computers by searching the web. My laptop screen broke and I had taken it where I bought it, but they were charging me just about $500 and the repair would have taken weeks. However, I went to PRO Computers and I could not believe how affordable it was. The best part is that the repair only took two days! They did such a great job I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need for any kind of computer repair. Thank you PRO Computers!!

Although my lap top still had a warranty coverage, I took it into ProComputers, because I needed it back very quickly. I have used them before in the past and was satisfied. They fixed my laptop even earlier than promised. And then, when I experienced a slight difficulty, they stood by their X day guarantee and looked at it again for free. Florian was very responsive by e-mail when I e-mailed. Will definitely use them again and let others know of their service too.

Id been putting off replacing the keyboard on my MacBook pro (after an unfortunate wine spill) for months, thinking it would cost about half a months rent (plus the added inconvenience of going without a computer for a few days). I took it to PRO on Monday morning, was called with an estimate within two hours, and had it back in my hands by the end of the day, having paid far, far less than Id anticipated. Fast, courteous service, and my computer is like new!

Because after a quick check with these guys.. you will have back a better computer for a fraction of the cost of a used one. At ComputerPro they not only fix what you said was wrong: they provide solutions for the problems you do not even know you have. Their mission is not to fix your computer... but to give you back a super working pc, at a very low cost.. This means being ProActive...or, better, being ProComputers!

These guys turned my laptop into a new machine, I swear. The Apple Store acted like I was out of every possible option and that I might as well scrap my machine. Well I hung on to it for a year, brought it here and they replaced the Retina Display and must have really cleaned her well because it runs better than my 27" 5k iMac I bought as a replacement. These guys work efficiently and punctual as all get out.
