The Chicago Computer Club Store (Chatham) has been very helpful in assisting me with my computer issues. Every time I have an issue I take my computer there and the technician (Bo) is very knowledgeable and always provide me with good honest ideas about my issues. The last time I went, I could have wasted about $300 trying to fix my computer but he was honest and told and explained to me exactly why, therefore took an alternate/better route an saved about $150 of the $300. They have provided me with services at least 5 or 6 times in the past and will continue to do business with them.

This is a very special review for Bo because the way he explains the problems with computers and was very knowledgeable and honest direct and to the point, especially the time that was so short and efficient in fixing my computer really amazed me because most other companies it would have been weeks but with bo it was only a few days to fix my computer . We need more computer specialist like Bo in this business, I would recommend everybody who owns a computer to take it to Bo, you will be glad you did, and the pricing was reasonable.

I took my cousin to one of the other stores to get his desktop repaired. They didnt have the part that he needed and they offered to hold on to his computer so that way they could get the part from their 87 street store. So we opted to just go to the 87 street store. When we got there the problem was repaired right there in front of us in less than 2 minutes. Its reasons like this that I cant ever allow another company to repair my computers or anyone elses computer that I know.

Sharon and Leo are excellent and friendly. I was in a real jam and they were honest and open with their service and pulled me through. I am very happy with them and have signed up for the yearly service membership because of them. I will return to this location when I have probems and when I want to purchase new computer equipment. Thank you for having them.

hello all I was in desperate need of a computer to start a new job. I called around all morning until I came across this place. 5 mins from home and Bo was excellent feels like I had a crash course in computers. He was honest and upfront and I am now a proud owner of a new computer. Great prices and great customer service. thanks

I Give This place 5 Stars!!! Great customer service.. My Iphone screen blacked out for all of 30 to 40 Minutes & Bo Helped me Hard reset it when i tried doing it myself!! You all Should really come to him if You need anything replaced or fixed!!! Hes The guy to go to!!!!!!
