Last month on a Saturday, my friend was doing a college assignment on her laptop which was due on that coming Monday and was invaded by some type of attack which prevented her from seeing the details on her screen. Of course, she freaked out and started getting on my nerves. She wanted to take it to Best Buy who Id informed her will not do work on her laptop on the premises and ships out those assignments. I suggested that she call the Chicago Computer Club in South Holland and see if they could assist. She called and spoke to George, who told her to bring the laptop to the store immediately because it was in the afternoon. George explained the options and procedure thoroughly, which was summarized as cleaning out all the data, but making sure that anything of importance was backed up on a disc. I prepaid for "express" service and within a few hours, the laptop was ready. George stayed open past the normal closing time because hed run into a slight glitch towards the end and all is well. My friend had her computer returned the day of the problem which could not have happened anywhere else that I know and she was able to complete her assignment the following day. George is very professional and knows the business! Thank you, sir.

Chicago Computer Club also known as CCC is the best IT service computer repair store in North West Indiana / South Chicago area. Just 20 minutes from North West Indiana just off I94 highway about a mile west off exit 73A. I know how to work on and build my own computer but due to time restraints I wanted to use a service. I am very "choosy" who I use and had an excellent experience. George who manages the store is a certified expert and can meet all consumer computer needs and also a real nice & honest gentlemen. Repairs, software glitches, virus removal, clean-sweeps, rebuilds and new builds. I had George build a new state of the art gaming computer where as I brought in the parts, George did a fantastic expert job. George is an honest man and does what he says. After the work they even call you on the phone the next day to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. This store even has back up help and support from their corporate store. Prices are extremely fair, service is A+ quality. I didnt use their extra service because I am good with computers but if one wanted to they can use their service that provides 24-7 remote service, which would be excellent for businesses or people who need more help & support.

My laptop no power on for a month , I took it to two computer stores, they told me the motherboard got problem, no able to fix. ask me buy a new one. but I cannot afford new laptop. I found Chicago Computer Club in google, I tried to bring it to the store, the technician checked the computer with their professional tools, simply found out the problem caused by the loosing of power connection on motherboard. He explained me the problem and offered me a good price, after got my agreement, he repaired the power jack on motherboard, I got it back on next day. My laptop can be powered on and all my information still kept in the computer, save me a lot of money. also the technician told me how to aviod the probem. I like the store and the technicians, very nice and polite,Very good job, A+++++

I have been being a customer of Chicago Computer Club for 4 years, I am very satisfied their service because they are reliable and honest, They always fix my computer problem quickly with low price. Iam very happy they open a new store in South Holland now, because it closes to me. I brought my laptop to the South Holland store to remove virus and spyware last week, I got it back in the same day. the technician is very polite and very patient, he answered many questions and also explained how to avoid the problem. The store is very clean and nice and convenient, easy to reach and no traffic problem and no parking problem, Highly recommended.

My father had a computer that was fairly new and it crashed. That other BIG store with the "Nerd" squad wouldnt even look at it. I saw the sign for Georges store, gave him a call, and he fixed my dads computer for less than I thought it would be. I also had a laptop that had shut down, and the manufacturer wouldnt even look at it, because the warranty was out. CCC fixed it, in about 3 days. Since then, I have been back to CCC about 5 times for other computer repairs and purchases. I will continue to use CCC for all my computer repairs, and I always recommend them to family and friends.!!

My computer crashed in the morning yesterday, my company technician tried to help me but cannot find my important data. My friend told me to bring it to the Chicago Computer Club, I took my computer to South Holand store at 2 PM, I got it back at 6 PM. The store technician repaired my computer also recovered all my very important documents and pictures, especially my business database infomation. George did the great job, he is really the man!!! He save my life!!! I will buy a data storage from them to backup my data, keep everything safe.

I am not going out of my way to give this business a bad image but I have tried too conduct business with the establishment twice and both occasions were ridiculous. The reason I even felt a must to leave this rating stems from calling asking how much would a single 1GB DDR400 PC3200 DIM would cost ... $60 Bucks Ive repaired more machines than youd ever image and that Memory wouldnt cost that if I was out of space and it was the only component to get my space ship back too earth and any one that DIYs knows Im being completely honest

I came to Chicago Computer Club because my desktop computer ran very slow, also theres a antivirus xp pop ups again and again and said my computer got infected by 121 trojan virus, I used my anti-virus to scan whole computer, but no help. I brought my baby to South Holland store, the technician fixed the problem also upgrade the memory in same day, and gave me many advice,very helpful, I am very happy their Fast, affordable and quality service. good place to come if you need your computer repair.
