Need my laptop repaired. This outfit looked good. I called at 10:15--they open at 10:00a.m. After numerous rings erratic voicemail picked up but couldnt leave a message because they NEVER empty their v/m inbox. Doesnt bode well. They must be OUT OF BUSINESS because theyre certainly NOT OUT FOR BUSINESS! Ive got to go elsewhere because EZ Computer doesnt seem to care.

This place does not even deserve a one star rating, I called to see what was possibly wrong with my laptop, and the person could not even tell me, wouldnt even give me a ballpark figure for a price on how much it would be to get it looked at, the person was not straight forward wih me and beated around the bush with me, did not appreciate.

My son built his own computer, but one part was not attached correctly. The professional at EZ Computer was awesome -- problem solved! I also have successfully had laptops restored here. When I am ready for a new laptop, I will buy a refurbished product from EZ.

Took my laptop to get repaired because of serious issues with it. The person who helped my found the problem within five minutes. To make a long story short they did an excellent job on my laptop will highly recommend!!!
