A couple days ago I brought in my HTC Amaze because it kept getting stuck on HTC logo every time it was turned on, so i figured you know what Im way to busy to do it myself they probably know more than me (so I thought) and today I called the place to see what the status was on my phone and a guy tells me its bricked, now from my knowledge with phones and experience right away I knew he was wrong even when I told him over the phone that he was wrong it wasnt bricked he said no it is and that I could come pick it up, so I get home I literally tried 2 things to try and fix it and the second try I fixed it by re-installing software so obviously they were wrong!! now I will say this Im 100% sure they know a lot about how to fix phones but they definitely dont know everything and when the customer says your wrong than your wrong bud. So for anyone who needs their phone fixed because its frozen into loading mode or just doesnt load up fully what so ever dont take your phone to them trust me!!!! but any other problem you have I would say sure take it to them because like i said above they definitely do know about phones just not everything.

Brought my IPhone 4s in there a few days ago for a new screen. After I got home I noticed the new screen they installed had 3 dark spots and the reception had dropped dramatically... (Bluetooth and Wifi) I brought it back in and brought the fact that the Bluetooth wasnt working all of a sudden and the Wifi reception was all of a sudden very poor... They said I needed to do a software update and that would fix it... (That makes no sense) They did install a new screen for free but even the new screen has more spots on it that look bad. (Not as many as the last one though) I tried to take the phone apart today to see what they may have done and couldnt even get the screws out - They were completely stripped! (Yes I have the proper screw driver) The screws were completely rounded out... Use caution with this place - They use shady parts and more importantly their techs seem to be incompetent...

Well it all started when my phone decided to take a dive to the floor (I know my fault). after searching for the company with the better service, OnCallERS was the closest and best option of them all. after replacing the new screen, 30 min. later, the phone decided not to respond to my touch and did its own thing. it is under warranty so they replaced the screen. BEHOLD! it did it again. this time 1 hour later. So the same thing happened with screen number 3,4 and now its happening to screen number 5. The biggest difference was that they did a software update. It was then decided that they could do nothing else about it and gave up on it. The only reason that second star is up there is because of the quick service.

So I dropped my iPhone 6S in water . I brought my phone to this guys . They told they will call me back in 2 days but it was more than a week no one did not call me so I came to the store and they said "sorry my friend we cant do anything " they charged me 20 $ for nothing . Than I went to apple store and I noticed that was missing parts and they cant do anything... worst experience ever... now I have to buy a new phone (((

So i dropped my phone from a very low height and it cracked i bought a screen protector there and the screen protector didnt break but the actually screen and the job was so poorly done and i get in back to were my frame is sticking out and the say they will give me 5 dollars off what a joke

Samsung S4 was dropped and needed a new screen and digitize. Michael made the repair in less than 40 minutes at a fair price. The phone is back to like new condition. Doing business with Michael and Fix My Phone IL was very easy. I have confidence in Michael and the repair he completed.

Excellent service... i had an iPhone that needed a new screen since my 3 year old son decided to throw it out of the window. Battery wasnt holding too good either... they replaced both in about 30 minutes.. very satisfied... half the price of the other companies I called.... A+++

Went in for a PC is upgrade and gave me a counterfeit version of windows 7 for PC these guys are no good but if you want an iPhone or android screen fixed they can handle that, I guess
