This rating is regarding customer service. Calling this store is like a headache. Why all the talking? just get me the darn technician. It i like getting a whole phone course on the business. All the menus have a woman just chatting away and telling you to press more numbers for more chatting. That is irritating and bad for business. Where is the option to talk to a technician?

Wow! Glad their in MY neighborhood!!! Ive Been there twice. The first time, they called me in less than 4 hours and said my desktop was ready. If I had of known that, I would have took the day off; LOL! Also, If you love your PC like I love mine, then you better make sure you listen to Tony if your concerned about your PCs future. Excellent service. Highly Recommended!

I took my computer in because it was running slow. They gave me some suggestions that I could do on my own before I make any decisions on any major repair. They also offered me a used battery at a very reasonable price. Thanks C.C.C.
