All around very nice guy. Decided to try to build my own gaming computer by ordering parts off Amazon, but when I built it and tried to boot it up I got no power to anything. Decided to give a call to Phil since he helped my dad out a year or two ago and he immediately highlighted the problem (turned out to be a bad motherboard). Got a new motherboard, dropped it off at his house, and a day later I was in business. He even offered to install a brand new DVD-burner (when I completely forgot to order one) for a good price of $40. If you are going to have him build you a computer, I would recommend that you opt out of having him install Windows or any other operating system. He wanted to charge me $75 for simply putting a CD in the disk tray and clicking a few times for it to install. Definitely do that yourself - its really not that hard to do. Just make sure you dont take your computer problems to the clowns over at Best Buy. Do yourself a favor and take your computer over to a REAL tech like Phil. Itll save you from having a headache after dealing with their clear lack of competency.

Had a major computer crash and ran to Phil for assistance. After checking absolutely every possible issue, it was determined that a new computer was in order. Phil completely set up our new system, and transferred all our files and software. Weve used other folks in the past who have charged us hundreds of dollars before telling us to get a new system. Phil is honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. We will certainly use him again. Thanks Phil!
