Ridiculous outright ridiculous. I have my receipt which says right on there that my computer is covered for 1 year from date of purchase. I purchased it dec 26th. Its only March 8th. Not even 90 days. It wont turn on. It turned on last night but not this mourning. I asked doesnt that seem weird? They said no not unusual. I guess that means they expect thier computers to just die in a matter of months. They are trying to tell me its only covered for 30 days. Not according to their own policy on the back of my receipt. Now Im out $300. Guess I should have bought one at Walmart. I was told by Milwaukee PC that one at Walmart would only last a year and theirs would last 5 years. Well it didnt last 5 months!! At least I could have gotten my money back at Walmart. Not to mention they have no parking whats so ever for their customers and located on a very busy road. They dont stand by tbeir word. I bought from them thinking they would help out when things went wrong.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I called to ask if they could run a check of my hard drive for defects, a hard drive that I have in my hand, because it was acting up on my PC when trying to install a fresh Windows XP. First they told me it would cost $140!! A good used 250GB hard drive itself is $40 on ebay. Then they came back and said it would cost $42! This is nuts, Wally at Right Click Computers on 84th and Greenfield will test these for you in 5 minutes on the spot for free!! But he was busy doing inventory today. I CANT BELIEVE THE GREED OF THIS PLACE - do they think I am an idiot? This isnt the first time Ive had issues with this place. They are overpriced on everything, including used parts. Highly do NOT recommend. If you want an honest, hard working guy who will do what you need at a reasonable price, go to Wally at Right Click Computers. He also has a ton of free advice and software on his website.

I went to milwaukee PC to get a hinge fixed on my computer and the man behind the counter took one look at it and said he couldnt fix it because he didnt want to. He said it was going to be too much of a pain for him to fix and that I would have a hard time finding someone who would fix it. He also said it was going to be $600 or more. I went to two other milwaukee PC locations and they said the same thing. That was months ago and just recently I took my computer to Geek Squad and they said they could fix it for $276 and that it isnt a hard fix... For months I have had a broken computer for no reason. Milwaukee PC is a joke and I will never go back. I should have never went there in the first place.

Being a computer enthusiast, I rarely buy my parts locally, partially to avoid the overhead prices- however, Milwaukee PC has always been reasonable, and able to match the prices of the components I suggested. Sometimes, the prices prove to be somewhat higher, but at the same time- I was able to walk in to the store and talk to an intelligent sales rep at the Mequon store. Out of the 20 + locations they have around Wisconsin, you get some bad seeds that dont understand customer service- but Ive always been pleased with the service Ive gotten, as well as the thoroughness of the technicians Ive dealt with. Thanks Milw. PC for providing service when I was in a pinch.

While the store lacked some of the product I was looking for, what they had in stock was very reasonably priced, and the gentleman I spoke to (Bluemound location) was extremely helpful! He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and helped explain some things I wasnt quite sure of. Compared to Best Buy, I would give them an excellent customer service rating. You can be assured I will be back with any computer problem I have in the future! pros: Location, Customer Service, & pricing. Cons: Lack of product. While they had shelves full, it was basically the same things over and over again. Id like to see more variety.

I have been extremely happy with this store! They are always willing to help beyond the call of duty. Our small business has had three computers built by this store and we have had no problems with any of them. Our computers are well built and worth the price. And a special word on Tyler, who manages the store?, He is very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely an asset to the company! I DO recommend this store for ALL your PC needs.

Horrible customer service. They had my laptop for about 3 weeks and NEVER CALLED ME with any updates on the service. I was told that nothing was wrong with it...then that it was all of a sudden moving slow, but again that nothing was wrong with it. I was told that they would research the cost of a new battery; again, no call or no follow through on the battery. TRIFLING

I have been going here for years. They lack some diversity as far as hardware, but staff will be honest and up front with you. Very helpful!

Very poor customer service. Unable to help on any questions I may have had, short and seemingly annoyed. I will not be returning.
