My volume button on my galaxy s7 edge was bent and my phone was stuck in SAFE MODE i could not even shut this feature off because of the volume button i called every repair place around Gurnee i even went to sprint. all the other repair places refused to even try to fix it, sprint wanted me to ship it and be 2 weeks phone less. I found this place took it here they had it repaired withing 24 hours SUPER QUICK! im so thankful they were able to solve the problem and replace the button super GREAT PRICE as well i recommend all my friends here now for phone repairs.

These guys are hands-down the best in the area. Do yourself a favor, and go to them with your phone if it needs repaired. They are extremely quick, and they do it all. Their prices are unbeatable! They are located between the Ice Skating Rink and Burlington Coat factory. Ive worked with Imran both times, and he was extremely kind & professional each time. They also repair computers, ipads, and pretty much anything else you could imagine. Skip Best Buy, skip any other kiosk at Gurnee Mills, and go to Hi-Tech! You will leave taken well care of, and satisfied.

Screen shattered on iPhone 5 last night. Called around to most repair shops in the area. Hi Techs price was way lower and wait time much shorter. Came in today, New Years Eve. In and out 15 minutes. $60 + tax new screen installed Apple wanted $139 + tax Plus, the phone has been having issues charging lately. The technician took a look, cleaned, and fixed free of charge. No more charging issues. I thought that I needed a new phone. What a relief! Thanks a lot Hi Tech! And Happy New Years to you and your family

The screen on my iPhone 6 broke out of nowhere. I didnt drop it or anything. I was so upset because I pride myself on how well I take care of my electronic devices. I went to Hi Tech and they were able to replace the whole front in 20 minutes. There was no way Id be able to live with a cracked screen for 8 more months, Im so grateful they were able to fix it so fast!

Amazing experience working with the two guys that own this store. Very knowledgeable and do the job extra quick and for a good price. I had water damage on my iphone. Took it apple store and they said nothing can be done. I came to Hi-Tech and they fixed the phone in 20 minutes while I waited there. A+++

Great place to get your phone repaired right away. I had my note 5 repaired. They took about 20 minutes to change the glass. Surprisingly, their prices are also lower than other stores in the mall. I would definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here for cheap.
