I brought my 1-year old HP Envy laptop in to be repaired by Geek Squad 3 months ago. This morning, I received a phone call from them, telling me that the part required to fix it was backordered. Therefore, I was told, they are sending my computer back without fixing it. I was upset enough to hear this, but imagine my disbelief when the agent informed me that I would receive NO REFUND AT ALL. The story I received explaining this spoke of them sending it back and forth between store and service center twice, after the service center initially failed to make the necessary repairs and actually made the problem worse. Nevertheless, I was billed a pre-approved amount of over $200 anyway, despite any measurable results. And this story was so inefficiently relayed that when I began asking simple questions like "Does this mean no one can fix it, or just you cant?," she quickly hung up on me. Needless to say, I lodged a complaint against her with Geek Squad customer service, only to find that she got off the phone with me and immediately wrote a report that accused me of shouting at her. To sum up the experience: the techs are far from the best, as they failed to repair a routine problem and were so utterly derailed by the unavailability of a part. The customer service people are likely to become so rattled by simple, politely phrased questions that theyll hang up on you and then lie about the interaction. And, judging by my one (two, in that they sent it back twice?) experience(s) with them, Ive never seen them successfully resolve an issue. Ah yes, and theyll charge you exorbitantly one way or another. Use this service at your own severe risk.

This is absolutely the worst store you could possibly shop at. It took 5 consecutive trips to this location to get my phone from these people. Even on the fifth day they told me I had to come back the next day! Only after making a scene, one of the store managers took pitty on me and gave me my phone that I had paid for a week prior. Incompetence rules this store. You have been warned!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sent in my laptop to have screen replaced, and when the computer came back - it wouldnt stay on. Went back in to send the computer back and they replaced the hard drive - with one half the size of my original drive. Called about it and the person on the phone lacked basic knowledge of computers. Whole ordeal has taken 2 months so far.

These people ruined my mac after my ex-wife stole it. I mean it has my name on it. The fact that they would tamper with a laptop with someone elses name on it is ILLEGAL!!! I went back to have them fix it and they wouldnt even try to help. I will never go there again this place is BOGUS!

Save yourself time and frustration. Dont shop here. There is zero concern for customer satisfaction!!! Management will do absolutely nothing to correct any issue. Geek squad and best buy are the next circuit city!

I go to this location often since it is the closest to home. Everyone is very friendly, I am always greeted at the door, and the store associates check on me regularly while I shop. Always a pleasure to shop here.

My computer took over a week to get back and cost almost 100 dollars more than they quoted me. Disappointing service I will definitely take my future computer problems elsewhere
