My old Windows XP system went down. I was recommended this company by a friend who had used them before. Called up the Lansing store, spoke to Jed, friendly and courteous on the phone. Took my old system in , got everything transferred to the new. Took it home, started it up. Flawless, didnt lose any data, not even my Bookmarks. I would highly recommend iFix to anybody. To go to a store, speak to a individual that listened to what you said, then do what he said he would plus a couple of others things as well and all for a reasonable fee as well. Couldnt be better. Thank you.

Thank you for getting my phone straightened out so that I can get my pictures and files off of it after the screen broke. I was so scared and sad that I lost all of that data but you quickly and easily replaced the parts from another phone. I was pleasantly surprised that you put the parts from the old phone into yhe new phone giving my old phone a brand new look! Amazing! I will definitely return with my business and highly recommend you to others!

My iPhone wouldnt charge due to a little water damage, took it to the Apple Store and was told my phone was fried and I would have to buy a whole new phone, gave these guys a call told me to bring it in and fixed it with no problem! Excellent customer service and I am very impressed with their capabilities of fixing electronics, would definitely recommend to anyone who is having an issue with their electronics to come here!

Brought my ipod into the store and they fixed my cracked screen lickety split, when I returned and brought to his attention that the xcreen was ever so slightly uneven, he refixed it and it has been great ever since. This was over 9 months ago and I havent had an issue since... also alot cheaper than any other sights and very quick..Highly recommend!!

I cracked my iPhone 4 recently, and Apple wanted over $150 to fix the iPhone. So I took my iPhone to iFix in Merrillville and they were able to fix my iPhone within a couple of hours for half the price, and now it looks as good as new! They were also very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend these guys for any phone repair.

i used to repair electronics just as they do they are by far the best around fastest turn around and really good results i have been referring everyone that asks me to fix their stuff since i stopped only down side i see is that they are a little expensive in comparison to what i used to have to charge but its worth it

Outstanding customer service! I have had two phone screens replaced there and they complete it in under 20 minutes. Its rare to get good customer service these days, but they went above and beyond. Ill refer all my friends! :-)
