Got the rear bed painted on my 2008 Dodge Ram. Body work and paint was good other than all the over spray. Now it looks like its been painted. The rubber bumpers for the gas door were not on and the rear mud guards at the rear of the fenders were off and on the rear seat of the truck. The gas tank hoses were still disconnected. Also never had a vehicle painted and they didnt wash it. How do they know how well it all blended? Very disappointed because our family has always bought cars from there and Im from the community. Never have written a review but I feel its important people know.

As I sat in the service waiting room, Craig Arnold stuck his head in the door and asked how I was doing and why I had not been in the sales office (I am a car and truck fanatic). I said "see that white F150? I will buy one if you can find a low mileage and 2 wheel drive." Three days later, he found what I wanted and we sealed the deal on 2/13/17. The entire sales staff make you comfortable and at home. Craig, his dad Bill and his uncle Lowell, and Mike are the salt of the earth! They work with you and are fantastic folks! If youre in the market, this is the place to shop.

When I had minor accident with barrel in the road, my insurance suggested another large chain shop, but I had been to Arnolds prior & they were helpful, pleasant. I really wanted to continue my business with family local business. Well, I was NOT disappointed! Service was great & the woman at the front desk was super friendly. I made an appt for a coolant leak in my car. The appt was 8 am, they took my info at 7:50 am and at 2 min until 8 they were taking my car into the shop. One half hour later they diagnosed a bad water pump and gave me an estimate. They were able to get parts and finished shortly after noon. A free shuttle was provided to take me back home and pick me up. Price quoted was fair and honest. As a snowbird it is nice to know a shop that you can count on.

i love arnolds auto! My father went to school with a few guys from there and knew they were honest trust worthy guys and recommended i go there. they have fixed our mustang, expedition, f150, navigator, 2 hd2500s. This is a great place to get your car fixed or buy one. There prices are resonible and fare i recommended them to anybody

Stay away! This lazy, unprofessional outfit embodies every negative used car dealership cliche that exists. Related to the same family that lost their Chrysler dealership. Horrible experience. You would be best served to make your next vehicle purchase anywhere but here.

I bought a 2006 GTO from Arnold Auto Center and it was really easy. At no point did I ever feel rushed and the son even drove it out to Phoenix for me to test drive! I was sold after the first corner and 2nd gear. Thanks guys! Next car I buy comes from you.
