I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Rapid Collision. A couple days before my appointment, my car got hit by a dust storm. I hadnt gotten around to cleaning it when I brought it in. Also my two little girls made quite a mess in the backseat the day before that I hadnt gotten around to cleaning up either. When I came to pick up my car, I did a walk around and couldnt tell where it had been damaged. Thats when I noticed something strange. My car wasnt covered in dirt. In fact, it was clean, and the tires were shining! They gave it a wash for me! I was impressed. Then I got into the car, and I almost swore I got into the wrong car. The interior had been cleaned and it looked brand new inside too! All I had was a little damage to my rear bumper, but they took the time to clean and detail my car! My lease is up in February, and I was thinking about trading it in, but they made me fall in love with my car all over again. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Had a fender bender, decided to use the other parties insurance who did not want to work with me, however the guys at Rapid Collision took care of everything and made a stressful situation into a quick and pleasant experience. The guys are professional, friendly, and quick. The front fender of my highlander needed to be replaced and was expecting my car to take about a week or so to fully replace, instead I found out that the job was done within 3 days, and my new fender looks like new. These guys are great, thank you Nate and Jason for all you kind service. This shop is going to be my new mechanic shop for sure, and I could not give this place any better of a review.

I brought my Toyota 4Runner into Rapid Collision after it was involved a hit and run accident. Jeff and his staff were very professional and courteous. They fully explained the process and estimated timeframe of repair. There was a Hertz right on site which was very convenient. Jeff and his staff handled all the correspondence with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout the repair. My 4Runner suffered significant rear end damage, but was returned to me looking as good as new. It was also detailed inside and out. I had never been in an accident before and went to a couple of shops my insurance company told me about. I was not impressed with any of them so I asked my friends for their recommendations. One told me to go to Rapid Collision. I am so glad I did, they explained the process, put me in a rental car on site, kept me informed about the repairs being completed and finished my car ahead of schedule. All I had to do was drop off the car and put my trust in them. Also hats off to Blake at Mission Auto Glass for installing my windshield while my car was in for repairs. Talk about a one stop shop!

Nothing less than professional! My experience was outstanding and my vehicle was back on the road much faster than expected. Initially took my vehicle to the "recommended service provider" and was disappointed when they disassembled the vehicle in places that was not necessary only to wright it up over the insurance threshold for unrelated damages resulting in my vehicle being totaled! These guys turned my desperate situation around and got my vehicle ship shape in no time! Will forever take my vehicle here if ever it is damaged. Thanks again guys!

This was the 2nd time I have had work done at Rapid Collision. Both times my car came out looking better than new. The car was ready a day earlier than expected (Rapid they are) and saved me a days rental. Nate is professional, courteous and explained everything in detail. Price was very fair. (I did not use insurance.) They have a Hertz car rental center in their office, as well. Sarah is also very pleasant and gave me a great (discounted) rate. Hopefully I wont be dinging my car again, but if I do, I WILL use Rapid Collision.

I was referred to Rapid Collision Center by a local friend who had received good service. Their quote was reasonable, the work was done exactly on time and as promised, and at the quoted price. I was happy with the quality of the work and the helpfulness of the staff. The convenience of the on-site car rental was terrific and they offered insurance rates and good service as well. I would recommend anyone to stop by for an estimate and have their body repair work done there.

I went in for an estimate and worked with Jeff. He had great customer service and I felt I could trust him to do anything he could to make sure I was taken care of. My car ended up being unrepairable however he informed me prior to bringing it in which I greatly appreciated. If I had taken it anywhere else they wouldve cut first then realized it wasnt repairable and I wouldve been without a car. Thank you Jeff for being a "blue collar" kind of guy.

Very customer oriented staff. They were relentless in the search for a tail light on a 1998 out of production car. They went out of their way keeping us up to date on the progress of the repair, and made sure we were satisfied with the results. In the end there is no sign that a tree had ever jumped into my path. Could not have asked for more. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Jeff and Nate are very proffesional and a pleasure to work with. They estimated 10 working days to complete the repair of our vehicle and delivered on the 10th day. Everything is explained, the warranty is awesome and not having to deal with the insurance company, well, you cant put a price on that.
