So I show up to get my car after they "fixed" it. The right side of the rear bumper shakes all about, where the rear bumper meets the body there is a new lip, body weld was not sealed by the gas fill neck, chip in the bondo by the gas fill neck, bubble in the bondo and bad sanding work on the bondo before they painted. I was not happy with the work at all so they said they would fix it. They Called a few days later around sunset saying its ready. Sorry im not looking at body work around dark. Ill be there in the morning. I look at the "fixed" work and im not happy. One of the clear badges is missing, bubbles in the new paint on the door and I never had door damage, still never fixed the new lip where the bumper meets the body, The guy working was trying his best to get me out the door and out of his hair. He asked me if I was this picky when I bought the car. I told him yes I was, I bought it with 7 miles on it brand new. The guy was rude and just wanted me gone. Not customer service at all. the geico adjusters are just as bad, the other adjuster was laughing so loud and saying watching me show all the imperfections was "hilarious". And the other adjuster was trying to prove to me that the shaking in the rear bumper was from me shaking it. Ummmm if it was installed correctly I would not be able to shake it so much. I recorder my finding and called geico to ask for a call from my adjuster. I dont want this shop to touch my car. I want it at a dealership where body work can be done correctly. I dont doubt that this shop can replace bumpers, fenders, hoods, trunks and paint. This was a quarter panel job that would have been done faster and right if they replaced the panel. the front desk lady was nice and Jim saw the problems in the body work the second time I came in. Ive seen the skills put forth on my car and to fix them correctly its going to take a different shop to fix it. So I show up monday when they open at 730, they goive me the run around and tell me the adjuster manager wont be there till tomorrow. So I leave and get a call around 430 pm. They had fixed my car for a third time after telling them not to touch my car. I wanted to be there when the manager showed up so I can show him or her the issues. When I get to the shop the manager had seen the third time fix and was ok with the work. The body work standards of geico are not high standards at all. I will be switching insurance companies.

My car was taken here to get fixed after an accident. Geico had taken care of everything and I was told it would only take a few days. Five days later I still did not receive an update or a call, when I called in I was told it would be ready in two days. Three days later I called back wondering what was going on. "Sorry our techs dont work on Saturdays and your part isnt here.".....Okay...three more days later I FINALLY receive a call from them (*SHOCK*) stating "Hey ready!!!"....so two weeks later I got my car back. Yes, the car was clean and fixed but I was irritated with their customer service. When we walked in to get the paper work the receptionist was on her cell phone chatting in spanish and laughing. After she handed us our paperwork she picked up her phone again starting chatting with her friends...pretty unprofessional since I was still standing right here...

This collision center was an will always be the best place i take any of my vehicles to...Jim is a very remarkable, understanding and patience professional person...i do not know how he is so calm threw all the heckness..The receptionist are always so kinda and happy..My kids love coming with me over there to pick up or drop off our vehicle thank you gerber collisions so much for what u do for me and my family...We will never get our car serviced or fixed any where else ESPECIALLY since you have a very hard working man named JIM...THANK YOU so Much JIM for being here for my Car and family

I was in visiting from out of town and got in a little fender bender with my car and took it to these guys on a Saturday morning right at 0800 when they opened. They were the nicest people Ive ever talked to!!! From Nicole the lady at the front to Elis and Andy that were giving me updates in my car... everything was great and flawless! These guys gave me all the info I needed and were the nicest people in Arizona!!! Hands down!!! I dont know many people here but I will make sure to tell everyone that they need to come visit you for all their car repairs!

I would never recommend this place to anyone because the installer that replaced my windshield damage my car. I pointed the damage out to the installer, and I told him that the damage was never there in the first place. He denied doing the damage. I just found out that he told his boss that he pointed the damage to me before he installed the windshield. He just lied to me and everyone. He never said anything to me before and after the job was completed. I could not believe this person. I would not work with these people.

My rear bumper was cut after being bumped by another car. The faulted parties insurance, Geico, referred me to Gerber noting that repairs are covered for as long as I own the vehicle. Rental car provided at same location and my vehicle was ready the next day, with a new bumper correctly paint matched to my vehicles metallic finish. I had some modifications to my bumper and Gerber matched those perfectly. Everything lined up like new. Customer service was great and I felt as though they really cared about my vehicle. Thank you!

My daughter was directed there by Geico after her first accident. Keep in mind this was a couple of years ago. She was barely 19 and had never had to deal with this kind of repair work. The staff was wonderful and even went above and beyond our expectations in fixing the side of her car. (which we had used duct tape to hold the mirror back on) . Having a Car Rental in house was a Blessing! We have been recommending them ever since!

Just got my car back today. I had my car in for a Geico claim but had them also fix the paint on my tailgate while they were at it. Well, they actually went above and beyond to fix a few other areas of paint by buffing it for me. WOW...just awesome to have a company take such pride in their work like this. Not only the work, but the customer service was amazing! I am impressed!! Thanks to everyone there...you guys rock!

Received car back with awful paint blend, where you could clearly see where they tried to blend the paint. Door edge had clear coat literally dripping down where it could be felt with a fingernail, as well as uneven door gaps. Took it back twice and still wasnt satisfied with the amateur service. On top of that, I had to call to check in the car as I would not receive updates. Spare yourself the headache
