These guys are incredible! My wife and I had just purchased a new car. It is the nicest car we have owned, and we worked hard to save money for it. We were thrilled to be driving something nice for a change. Well, as luck would have it, before we could even make our first payment, someone ran into the back of us while we were stopped at an intersection. That sucks! On our new explorer limited, the whole back end was messed up. Before I ever even heard from their insurance adjuster, I started getting quotes on repairs from local shops. I was obviously more concerned about HOW they would repair it than anything else. I wanted it to be perfect / like new when I got it back. So I asked lots of questions and was extremely particular and picky with the shops I visited. I spoke to Jeremy at Unique Auto, and he was extremely helpful. He talked me through what they would do to make sure everything was perfect when complete. Even though I had way more questions than the average customer, he was always patient and helpful. They offered me rides back and forth when dropping off / picking up car. They offered to take care of rental car details for me. Every time I called or stopped by, they knew exactly who I was and treated me like a friend. Typically every contact you have with a business, you end up having to explain your story each time to get them up to speed. These guys were totally on top of it at all times! When all was said and done, these guys went way above and beyond what was necessary. They took care of all the insurance crap for me. They specifically tailored the repairs to my requests. All the other shops I got quotes from were not willing to do this for me. They are great even after the fact too. After I picked the car up and drove it for a few days, I noticed some weird things going on with it. Nothing major, just some odd electric things happening. I gave Jeremy a call and without any trouble at all, he got me back in same day and had their diagnostics guy going through everything. It ended up being a super simple fix (the computer in the car just needed to be reset) but I was very impressed that with zero questions, zero hassling, zero paperwork, they got me back in to make sure everything was taken care of for me. This has not been my experience at other shops Ive been to in the past. I will not go anywhere else going forward. Thanks for the great work, and the great service! They turned some bad luck into a great experience. Our car was returned in better condition than it was prior to the accident!

I brought my car here after I got rear ended. This was covered by the other drivers insurance. After having the car for two weeks, they said theyd try to have it done by X date. It wasnt done by X date, so I called them for an update. This went on for several days. After three weeks, they called me to have me pick it up. The paint job wasnt quite right, so they said theyd have it fixed by the end of the day. They did have it fixed by the end of the day... by repainted grandmother the whole car. I they didnt tell me they repainted the whole car, and the guy even said we might notice a difference in the old and new parts in sunlight. So, I was frustrated by the lack of communication. However, my interactions with the employees when I was in their office were very positive. They were friendly, and apologetic about it taking so long to fix my car. I wont be taking my car back to fix a minor issue we asked them to fix when we brought it in after the accident, but thats just because of the communication issues. I feel like they did work hard to fix my car, though.

I was VERY impressed with the service and quality of the car repair. Had a minivan get hit on the front side, and they did an amazing job with the paint match, replacement body parts, even the mechanical parts that had to be fixed. I wasnt sure it would look as good, because the accident coverered so much of the car - from the front bumper all the way to the middle door. It looks brand new now! Additionally, I have to give their lead GM Geoff, high marks for excellent customer service. I had a couple of non related items to the accident I wanted to take care of as well, and he called the other companies himself, set me up with appointments, and they gave me great deals because of their relationships. That level of customer service is very rare to find. Highly recommended!

I was recently in a very minor rear end collision in my GTO. I rarely drive the car and was really bummed when it happened. I had no idea where to take the car, Ive dealt with a few body shops in the past in my area that I wasnt completely impressed with. I decided on unique due to the reviews I saw here, the convenience of location, and recommendation from the insurance company. The work they had to do to my car was pretty minor but the paint work and paint matching is flawless. On top of that these guys were fast. I expected them to have my car at least a week given my past experience and it was done in 3 days. When I came to pick the car up it was fully detailed and looking awesome. They even cleaned the inside! Super impressed with these guys and I will return.

Im very impressed with Unique Auto Body. I took my car there to get a dent and scratch repaired and my cracked windshield replaced. I first emailed them to schedule an estimate. They were so quick to get back to me and get my car in to get it fixed. Im very impressed with the work they did. It looks brand new again. They even looked around to find me the best deal on a windshield. I found the cost was affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I picked my car up, it was completely washed and the inside had been cleaned. If I ever need work on my car again, Im definitely going back to them.

The work here is immaculate. The car looked 100% better than when i dropped it off, awesome work. It was even given a wash and cleaned inside. I ranked it a 4 because of the lack of communication and timing. I 100% understand that shops sometimes fall behind, but when im told a job would only take 2 or 3 days to complete and I leave it for 9 days and it still isnt complete....its a bit frustrating and not only for me but for those that have to drive me around. A call would have been nice, so i could have made other arrangements. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this shop for collision repair.

Awesome service and very friendly Unique Auto Body in Saratoga Springs is the place to get your work done. I dealt with Evan and he took care of me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work I was having done. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. Evan always kept me in the loop of the status and delivered when he said he would. The work performed was high quality. There are tons of places to get body work done out there. These days customer service is hard to come by and rarely found. I found it at Unique Auto Body. I will refer my friends and family to them.
