Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is unkind, no customer service orientation at all, it is about how much money can they make. Had to have a bike towed off the Alpine Loop. Would not respond to phone calls to pick it up on a weekend but charged $75 daily storage fee on top of an exorbitant tow rate. Are you kidding? $75 storage for a motorcycle? How convenient. Then, would not stay a little late so I could pick it up after work AND added 5% to charge a credit card over the phone "because the credit card company will charge him the same thing". BS!! He is taking advantage because he is in control. What is worse, if the tow is ordered by law enforcement, he can charge anything and does not have disclose his pricing so he can gouge the customer AFTER the fact, and he remains firmly in control making $75 more every day he keeps that control. Completely disreputable, without scruples or a conscience, a TOTAL RACKET!!! NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

My wife and I were pulled over in A.F. and the cop could not find our cars insurance, though we do have it, in Utahs database so he impounded our car. He quoted us at $165 as the towing fee plus impound charges. When we called this "Discount" tow service they told us it would be $251 plus change. I had to get papers from the DMV to get the car, it was late in the day when it was impounded, and we also live in another city meaning we had been picked up and driven back there first. Since I had to drive back up to Lehi after visiting the DMV, I called to ask if they would stay until 5:00 so that I could get out there to get the car before the weekend. It was Friday and they are closed weekends with a $40/day fee, but not one person would stay and the employee that picked up had a sour attitude. When I went in today and explained the situation they simply said, "You have to pay for the weekend." These people do not care for you, only what they can get from you.

The front left side of my truck got hit by a driver running a red light. Really nice truck and thought it wouldnt really look the same again. The insurance company who took responsibility wanted my truck to be towed 40 miles away to a salvage yard where most vehicles go when they are settled as total loss. Bennett Body & Frame also provides a towing service and were the ones who towed my truck from the accident. They stepped in and told me that my truck wasnt totalled and that they would be able to fix it and make sure to not let the other drivers insurance take my truck all the way to salt lake City. Well its been 7 months since the accident and no problems with my truck and it looks brand new. I never did business before the accident with Bennett Body & Frame so I was a little worried at first, but when they finished fixing my truck, I was blown away by the excellent job they did. My truck still looks amazing to this day.

After a minor front end collision which bent the hood of my 2003 Impala, which I have owned for seven years, the insurance company "totaled" my car and gave me a check, less $1,200 for the salvage value. I decided to keep the car. It runs well. With the funds from the insurance company I chose Bennett Body and Frame to make the repairs using low cost and salvaged parts, The repair work has held up nicely for almost three weeks. The paint job was good, too. I will continue to drive the car for a couple more years with a salvage title. If I ever need body shop work in the future, I will probably chose them. By the way, I was VP of International Sales for Chief Automotive Systems, Inc. in Grand Island, Nebraska for a dozen years, so I know a little about the collision repair industry. I was recently in my first car accident. I didnt know what would follow. Luckily, Bennett Body and Frame showed up on the scene and provided me with some very important, quick information to make sure this went over smoothly. My 2007 Toyota Camry looked pretty mangled. Bennett body and frame kept me informed through the whole process. They made sure everything was done right and timely. They went to battle for me with the insurance company to cover 4 new matching rims when insurance was going to cover just one. The car looks brand new. They cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. I would rate them #1 in the county and recommend them to anybody. Thanks Bennett and company!!!

Last year after hitting a deer I needed a good repair shop to do the repairs on my car and I didnt want to take it just anywhere, so I started asking all the men at work where they would go.....to my surprise several of them said the same thing and couldnt say enough good about Bennett Body, so I made an appointment and took my car there. They were so good to work with my insurance company and the work was incredible!!!! My expensive Toyota Avalon looked just like new. Now over a year latter I had another accident this time my fault and now the other side of the car..... just got it back in less than one week and it looks great!!!! I recommend these good people to anyone, and I do!!! Gary B.

I got into an accident in Lehi (someone ran a stop sign, lots of construction, etc.) and messed up the rear suspension on my brand new car. They were on site within minutes to pick up my vehicle. Once insurance had approved the repair, they estimated 6 days for it to be finished (mostly time waiting for parts). They had it done in 3-4 business days. And when the rental company was taking me to pick up my car from the shop, it was getting late and they werent going to be able to drop me off until a little past their closing time. The owner stayed late so that I would have my car back for the holidays. Very impressed with their service.

Wife and kids were involved in a minor accident which caused damage to the driver rear quarter panel, trim and bumper. Although they had to wait for parts to be delivered to finish the job, the actual work itself was very quick. You cant tell where the damage was, and the paint color is a perfect match. They were great to work with, and kept me informed on what was happening with our Expedition. An added bonus, the vehicle was washed, and the inside was cleaned. I KNOW it was a very dirty vehicle when I handed it over to them. 4 kids, what can I say. :) Consider us a happy customer.

When my accident happened, the first thing that popped into my mind was Bennett Body and Frame. They picked up my Cobalt from the impound, worked with my insurance adjuster, and called him back out to look at additional repairs he had missed. I didnt have to worry about a thing. When I picked up my repaired car, it looked better than before. They even cleaned it out for me. They had great customer service and got my car done in the time they had estimated. Ive had vehicles repaired by them before and I will go back if I ever need a repair again.
