Take Caution on Quotes! We had to go to ABRA before when our truck got in an accident, they did a great job on that but we just had to pay our deductible and insurance covered the rest. However, we got a ding in our cars front fender on the body line and since they did such a good job on the truck we thought they would be good for a much simpler job as well. I got told that they would not be able to pull the dent in a paintless way and so they quoted me for taking off the fender, taking out the dent, and repainting it. Needless to say the quote was for over $600 for a fender ding. They even asked me if I was going to claim it on insurance... for a fender ding. Anyway, this was not the first ding I have ever had so I took it around to other places and ended up getting it pulled by a professional paintless dent repair place for only $50. So if you have major work that needs done- this place is awesome but anything that is not really insurance claim worthy- go somewhere else.

I was rear ended in 2015. The accident involved 4 cars and two of them had liability for my damages so i was working with two different insurance companies. Allstate pointed me to ABRA for a quote. I used the one in American Fork. The girl who did the quote estimated $800 in repairs. The second insurance agency was progressive who has their own facility. They looked at the car and said ABRAs rep. missed 1/2 of the damages. They saw this in about 5 minutes so it wasnt hidden damage. A company is only as good as its employees. The problem with large chains is they dont always know how to hire good people. I cant say much about the repairs because I didnt have them repair it after that. But now I have another repair due to someone running into my car and the insurance company is pointing me to ABRA again and Im a little nervous about the results.

I recently went to a few places to get bids to fix my 2005 Infiniti G35X and found that Abra had the lowest bid. I also read some reviews and saw that most were positive so I decided to have them fix my car. They fixed it up less then a week, which was surprising with how much damage was done. They used OEM parts and now my car looks as good as new! The service was great and they really care about your satisfaction. They also give you updates daily which helps give you peace of mind. If you choose Abra you wont be disappointed. Ask for Karl, he is awesome and does his job super well! If I ever have another incident or want to add some stuff to my car I will always go to Abra in American Fork! Like I said I they have great service at great prices. That is why Im giving them 5 stars, and will recommend them to anyone who cares about their car!

Worst car repair place. We had a trampoline get caught in the wind and damaged both my car and my husbands truck. We took them there to get repaired. When we picked them up my husbands window wouldnt roll down and it turns out they crossed wires, so we had to go back to get it repaired. Then we went to go get safety done on my car and turns out it wouldnt pass because they didnt put spray nozzles on the hood. It also had a big dent in the side they didnt repair. So we dropped it back off and they apologized and told us they would fix it. We called a couple of days later and they said everything was going smoothly and it would be ready to pick up that afternoon. We went to pick it up and they didnt do anything to it! It was exactly like we dropped it off. Now we are without a car and it is still there.

Shady company! My auto body shop that I prefer to go to is not contracted with the Insurance of the person who hit me. Had to come here, as it was the closest contracted shop, to get an estimate. Received said estimate, and then after we had left they applied a contracted amount with the insurance that lowers the price of the estimate, and then they sent that off to the insurance. Insurance sends me a check for the lower amount, and now they just complicate things more for the local shops to have to get more money. Im sorry, but shady company is the reason why they dont get my repair. Im aware its an estimate and subject to change. But give better estimates the first time, instead of trying to short change people.

I had my car repaired by Abra in Nov. 2014 and was very impressed with their service. When I picked my car up it had over spray all over it. They took it back again and the manager called to tell me my car had been painted prior to their repairs. I bought my car with 5 miles on it and it was NEVER repaired prior to this. As of today, the repairs look awful in the less visible spots. The paint is turning a grey/brown color. I consistently keep my car clean - its not dirt. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Also, after I completed their survey (after taking my car back twice) they didnt offer any resolution. I regret taking my car to Abra every day.

Got in a small accident and the other persons insurance told me to come here and they would cover the damage. Right off the bat, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They set me up with a rental car as well which was convenient because the person that handles that is in house as well so its just a walk down the hall. They replaced both my damaged doors, ensured me that its all under warranty in case something happens and kept me updated weekly so I never questioned when I would get my car back. They even cleaned the gunk from an old window tint off of my windows. Overall great service, very helpful and friendly staff, and an all around pleasant experience!

All I needed was a price quote and they wanted to know my blood type. It took forever for them to answer the phone and when I did they had 100 questions before they could even begin to provide me with a simple answer to the questions... Do you have my windshield in stock and how much???? Everywhere else I call answered those questions within 2 minutes and I found an amazing price elsewhere. Then I gave them my information. The only reason for the drill is to spam you like crazy and hound you with a higher price. No thank you ABRA

They are incredible to work with. Mike was so kind and helpful when I brought my car in to get a bumper repair. He was quick to get us in and out and incredibly informative. One of the employees noticed my son was getting antsy and he quickly brought out a coloring book and crayons for him to play with while we waited for our rental. when my car was finished we expected to have to go get it detailed and they had cleaned it so well! Love them this is our second time here and they have exceeded our expectations each time.
