Ken Garff I hope youre listening....one of the worst car experiences I have ever had! I was in an accident 2/11/17, Had My car towed to Ken Garff on 2/20/17 and was finally able to pick it up on 3/15/17 The estimated time to fix my car was 3 days they had it nearly a month! Customer service and communication on their end was horrible! After having my car for a week, and not hearing from them I called them, where my estimator Eric finally told me they had found additional damage than what was originally estimated and they needed another insurance quote. for the next two weeks I had to make phone calls to find out the progress on my vehicle, only on the day my car was finally ready to be picked up did Eric call me to let me know it would finally be done around 3 or 4. I finally received a phone call around 5 that it was done and I could pick it up, but they would be closing in an hour. Ken Garff also states they provide a free car wash and detailing with repair as you can tell from the photos the car had not been through a car wash, nor vacuumed out all the way. They also replaced or cleaned one headlight cover and not the other. For how long they had my car I definitely expected better customer service, better communication, and better service all around! Will definitely not recommend to others, and will not be coming back!

I had a great experience with Ken Garff. Terry was awesome! He explained everything and was super nice. He went above and beyond to help me. My car was done in less than a week, and looked brand new. Very happy.
