Took my car to get fixed. We had been hit by another car. There mechanic was out sick. Took them twice as long to fix it as it was supposed to. I called to let them know the insurance company told me I needed to return the rental car. They said dont worry we will handle it. Keep the car they will cover it. Well we were charged for the extra time. At that time I spoke with Robyn with AF Collision repair she said she would call the insurance company and get back to us. She told me that three different times. Every time never returned a call. I just spoke to her she said they wont cover it and they arent paying for it even though it took them twice as long as they quoted us to do. Robyn is worthless has the worst customer service.

AF Collision used to be a very good repair shop. However, since the change in ownership I would not recommend using them. I have taken my car back three times and am still very unhappy with the repairs. After almost 9 weeks my car leaks everywhere, the paint is terrible, the back window was glued on top of the seal instead of inside the seal, my sunroof leaks and does not close correctly, the doors do not open and close correctly, the headliner is filthy with greasy hand prints and the back portion of the car is completely out of alignment with the front half of the car. On top of all the issues with the repairs the customer service has been horrible. Please do not use AF Collision.

They told me 4-5 days for repair had it for 7 then wouldnt give my truck back because someone there filed a supplement for $107 too late because they werent doing their job in the office, so I had to pay it so I could get it back for the weekend. I was friends with them, Id hate to see what they would do to people they dont know. I only took it there so someone I knew could make some money Instead of a random shop didnt know they would also be making money out of my pocket. I plan to sue if it dont get refunded after the insurance company squares up with them. I will not recommend going there.

These guys are liars and robbers! They told me one price, and charged me another. If i did not pay, they refused to give the key to me. The big guy (called Allen) even intimidated me!! I was so scared and will NEVER ever come back to that shop again. I suggest you to be prepared for a big fight before you go to this place, or you will end up with paying much more than you were promised and estimated. What kind of people they are and I wonder it will go out of business soon. Im considering to file a legal case for my horrible story.

Blended paint had runs and pockmarks Held truck hostage even though they had a 2600 check prior and Insurance told them to release it they will get paid ( during a conference call,). Take it to Maaco instead half the price probably better quality. All they care about is making money surprised they are still in business with all these bad reviews. left trash in the back of the truck. Had to finish some of the repairs myself because they were done half ass. Will never go there again or recommend anyone to them.

Ive been to them twice this year. The first time, I tried acquiring the repair part myself and then I just had them paint it to match and install it. The second time I let them take care of it all. They charged the same for the part as it would have cost me to get it. I found them to be very honest, easy to work with and very friendly. I should add the repairs were great and you cant tell anything is different.

They took over a week longer then they said to fix my car. They were highly unprofessional, they did not communicate any issues or delays. The office smells like cigarettes and has 2 annoying dogs but it smells like there should be more hiding in there somewhere. The owner is kind but he has some dodos running the place.
