This is the second time I have used Excel Collision for repair on my 2012 Optima. They do excellent body work and repairs and both times I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Excel Collision for any of your body work needs. They offer a no hassle experience, and will work with you to ensure the work is done to your satisfaction. I had noted on pickup of my vehicle there were some rock chips in the hood, and inquired on why they hadnt been painted over as the primary damage was to the hood on my recent loss. The insurance company paid to paint the effected areas of the hood and blend within the panel, and the rock chips were outside of the blend area. (this is standard for insurance companies to do, I am familiar as I used to work for several insurance companies as a vehicle damage appraiser. Keep in mind this was prior rock chip damage and in no way was this Excels fault) The Customer Service Representative that I worked with upon walk around of the vehicle was very apologetic and explained everything to me in detail. Excel waived my deductible payment and offered in writing to repair the paint on the hood once we acquired more rock chips to the hood in the future. They even touched up the rock chips for me while I spoke to the Customer Service Representative. I am extremely pleased with their handling of this situation, and will return to Excel for all my vehicle damage repair needs in the future!

Based on the ratings that this company got online, I recommend it it to my friends who had gotten into A fender bender Recently. Unfortunately the experience we got from them was far from satisfactory. Not only did they not properly repair the damages to the car, they denied problems that occurred after the repairs which was very clearly related to the repairs. Additionally They were not honest In their dealings, making promises and not keeping them. Resulting in additional Expense expenses which my friends are having to bear. This had to do With the insurance rental due to the fact that the car was not repaired within the time frame that the insurance allowed, in which the company personnel had promised that if the insurance would not cover it that Excel would cover it. They never lived up to that word, and also denied agreeing it, this despite muitiple discussion on the matter with them. So, bottom line is, we had a VERY bad experience from this company, and will never recommend it to anyone else. Honesty is the key, and it was LACKING in some personnel in this company.

I wrecked my 2010 Mazda 3 a couple months ago and called Cardinale Mazda where I purchased the vehicle and they referred me to Excel Collision Centers. My car had over $10,000 worth of damage to the front end and I was concerned that the vehicle would never be right again. I found that the staff at Excel was extremely helpful with the processing of my claim, they helped me get a rental car and had helped me get my car out of the tow yard who would not release my car to me. They assured me that there technicians were trained on Mazda and could do a great job for me. I picked up the car about 2 1/2 weeks later and found that they had in fact done an excelent job to the car. I was very impressed with the repairs and how professional the staff was and also how well they kept me informed throughtout the entire repair process.

I worked for Excel Collision and Glass Centers for more than 4 years and can honestly say that if you are in the Phoenix east valley area, and have a need to use a collision repair center, there is no better place than Excel Collision to trust with your vehicle. The quality of their work, knowledge of their employees, and convenient locations make the entire repair process seamless. The entire staff, from the front office employees through the repair technicians and paint department employees...to the final detail and prep team always do an incredible job in restoring both older vehicles and new ones to a condition where it is impossible to even see what was damaged in the first place. I was just involved in my first accident and was referred to this Excel Collision Centers by a friend that had used them before. When I contacted them they explained how State Farm would handle the repair process and helped me get the process started with the insurance company, helped get my car towed to their shop and put me into a rental at their expense until the insurance approved the repair. During the repair they kept me informed on the process daily with status updates and pictures of my car through email and text messages. I have to say when I picked up my car I could not tell it had every been in an accident. My hat is off to Excel Collision for making this experience so seamless.

I have had my vehicles worked on by Excel Collision Centers 4 times and my daughters car once. Each time has been a very painless experience. Alex and Esperanza have been so helpful each assisting me with the process of the claim with different insurance companies and helping me with a rental car or a ride home each time. Once they even fixed my drivers door so I could drive the vehicle until the other insurance oked to repair my car. Each time they have given me a completion date and kept me informed during the repair process. Their facility is always very clean, organized and professional. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

I have done business with Excel Collision Centers, specifically the location in Mesa, several times now. Esperanza and Alex have gone out of their way numerous times to help me out. They are extremely competent and a pleasure to work with and I will be a customer for life because of it. Their prices are also affordable if you have to go out of pocket if it isn’t an insurance covered issue. They know how to run a business and understand customers come first. I absolutely recommend this business!

Our family have used Excel about 10 times in the past 5-7 years. They are as good as it gets, period. Everyone is so friendly, they fight your insurance company for you, pick you up and drop you off. They really go the extra mile for you and always make every issue so easy and quick. If your car needs work, dont be stupid, take it to Excel.

This business cannot be trusted. They lied to me claiming that they never received an insurance check payable to me for property damage from an insurance company. I just found out that they cashed the check issued to me by falsely claiming that they repaired the car.
