I dealt with Caliber 4 months ago when I had been rear ended. I had some issues and when I decided to go to another place they told me they would include a whole bunch of things. After I got my car back the gas tank had issues closing, I called in and they told me that it wouldnt have been anything they did but I could bring it in and they would look at it. I didnt have a chance until I was rear ended AGAIN. So I went in and again dealt with Brandon on a Thursday and he said that Enterprise was now in their building so it would take no more then 5 min to get in and out when I dropped off my car. When I showed up yesterday they told me that in order to use the Enterprise in their office I would have to make an appointment ahead of time... however, that is what Brandon said he would take care of last week. I then went to call the insurance company to let them know I decided not to go back and they had not even attempted to call them. Very unprofessional, I had similar issues with them the last time. They tell you one thing but do the complete opposite.

The car looks good, but after they put it back together & test drove it they didnt check under the car to see if anything was leaking. I guess that is not something they normally do. (REALLY?)Turns out the CV Boot was cracked & leaking grease. Had my husband not rotated the tires, we would have left on vacation & be stuck out in the desert somewhere! They are also terrible at communication. We were given an estimated time of completion that changed 3 times. Finally we had to call to find out that it wasnt done & be given another date. The car was in the shop 28 days & is now back in the shop to fix the CV boot & a couple of minor items. How long will that take? Very stressed & frustrated! Definitely didnt "Restore the Rhythm" of our life!!

I had a great experience here. I was not here as the result of an accident or insurance claim. I was referred here by a classic car shop for some repaint work. Initially my project started to go south, since the part I ordered from an online shop came in wrong. I called Caliber and they helped me resolve the issue, helped me get the right part I needed, and even worked with me on the extra costs incurred by the wrong part being sent out from the online company. In the end, the part was replaced (rear bumper) and repainted beautifully. In the future I will not order parts online and trying to have them painted and installed, I will just bring the car to these guys and have them do everything for me.

You will find nothing less than perfection at this facility. Whether you have an older model car or a brand new one, they treat you the same. I actually described them to a friend by saying its like when the waiter comes to your table with a folded napkin over his arm; thats how I felt when they came out with their clipboard and spoke to me so respectfully and personably about the repair. Their work is efficient and to perfection . Everyone in the office is lovely; I cant tell you how impressed I was. I highly recommend that before you go anywhere else or call any of these so-called discount advertisers, you go to Caliber Collision; youll be glad you did! Caliber is the perfect name!

I was referred by Geico for a repair to my 13 Prius for damage to roof, part of door, and front glass from an errant tree that decided my car needed some customization. Caliber was able to utilize paintless dent repair and you cant even tell there was ever damage. Always answered phone when calling for status, called me with updates. Even offered to come get me when done as I didnt have rental car coverage. Worked with Caliber advisors Jonathan H and John S, along with Geico adjuster Robert J. All great guys who know how to treat customers. Good company, good location, good people.

My wife was in two accidents this year and Calliber Collision took care of us. They are always friendly and easy to work with. This last time, I took my wifes car in and they arranged for an Enterprise shuttle to pick me up so I could get my rental car. When I came back to pickup the car, they had me leave the rental car there and called Enterprise to pick it up. It was a nice experience and we will be using them for any future car body work.
