Oh wow! Where should I begin? First of all, I really regret taking my vehicle to Service King(SK). The entire process was stressful. When, I called to make my reservation, the lady failed to mention that there was an Enterprise within the Service King location. This was after I told her that I needed a rental and had a rental confirmation number from the insurance company for Enterprise. So, I ended up going to pick up the rental car from another location. I dropped my car off for five weeks. I received a ridiculous estimate within 4 business days. When I state that it was ridiculous, I mean that they were saying it was going to be over $10000 in damage. My car is only worth a little over $11000. So that means it was in danger of being totaled which is total bs. I did a little recon online and found vehicles that had similar damage that were fixed for less than $8000. These people are money hungry scums. They lack integrity and definitely do not care about their customers or the quality of work that they perform. The insurance company did not take a look at the car for about two weeks. Their estimate was much lower. The whole communication process during the five weeks was horrific. It got a little better in the final week. I wish I could have dealt with someone other than Ruth. Her people skills are non-existent. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was on. Hmmm..it wasnt on before. As a matter of fact, it has never been ON since Ive owned the vehicle which would lead me to believe that Service King created the problem and it didnt mysteriously appear when I picked up the vehicle. In addition, the hatch area was extremely dusty. It was clean, when I dropped it off. The back windshield wiper was put on backwards which leaves little faith in the employees of Service King. I didnt notice it until the day after I picked it up since it was raining outside. :( How in the hell does a certified tech put a rear windshield wiper on backwards? I did mention the check engine light being on when I picked up the vehicle. Ruth questioned it saying that it was on when I dropped it off. I told her no and she double checked the original paperwork. So, one of the techs ended up rebooting the system instead of checking on the actual problem. Guess what?? The next day the check engine light came on AGAIN. I had to make an extra trip back to Service King to get it fixed along with the rear windshield wiper. It seems as though they would have did a quality check before releasing the vehicle. Im crossing my fingers and hoping that nothing else occurs because I dont ever want to see this place again as long as i live!!

I honestly regret taking my car here. They botched the repair SOOOO bad that my under carriage valence literally FELL OFF while driving down the hwy and both my headlights have ceased working. All within a very short period of time. I took the car back to have them repair it and they told me it was my fault because I curbed my bumper doing a U-Turn once and scratched my bumper. Im sorry... WHAT??? Scratching my bumper on a curb caused my valence to fall off? After they made such asinine claims, I went to the VW dealership and asked them if that were possible to which they started laughing and said "not even a chance"! Im filing a lawsuit with these punks because its not that they dont know how to do good work, its that if you happen to be the person they mess something up on, you can guarantee that Gary Sullivan and Kevin Bearden will attempt to blaim you for work they messed up.

After your car has been in an accident, everything in your life comes to screeching stop. The accident was not my fault and I found myself fighting with AAA for weeks to have my car repaired properly. At first I was not pleased with the body work, but the service manager was willing to do whatever it took to make things right. I was tired of fighting with AAA and exhausted from the time invested. The service manager was even willing to come to my house to see why I was not satisfied with the job. He offered to make the changes, give me a free rental and even do other body work (that I inquired about, long before this accident) at a great discount. Now my car really does look like new!! Thanks Service King!

Great place for your car to be taken care of! The service was prompt and they provide lifetime warranty on all of the work that was done! Text messaging updates daily to save your time calling in. The team will make sure your car will be in tip top shape and running with absolutely no issues! After the major repairs they did a test drive and found out additional repairs are needed, which were done in no time! Manager Keith definitely one of the greatest managers Ive known! He will not let customer leave unhappy

Must be nice to have so much business you can tell people you need an appointment for an estimate. No effort at all to try and be helpful. Typical crap from entitlement youngsters these days. No customer service skills but want and expect to be PAID top dollar. How many customers can you turn away before you wake up with NO customers AT ALL????

Took my car because someone crashed into my car. Body panels were not placed right and you can see bubbles excess paint bumps. Noticed my car takes a while to start after the crash and say I will have to pay although it was something they did not fix from the start which should have been covered with the insurance money.

These guys were complete professionals and great communicators which is important when you want your car back on time. Joel and Keith (I believe was the name of the other gentleman) helped me out and even threw in a free car wash. I will go back to them for future repairs.
