I recently brought my car into this shop to get a shield and fender liner replaced, because the parts busted off my car while driving on the freeway the day before. The only reason I went to Chandler Auto Body was because Subaru had a 5-day wait time for getting my car in, and this place had openings. As a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, I picked up my car about 6 hours after dropping it off, and within 10 miles of driving my "fixed" car , the SAME EXACT PARTS - the shield and fender liner - broke off my car and started dragging on the ground while driving on the freeway, almost causing an accident. I pulled over immediately and saw that the fender liner was stuck under my tire, so I backed up and pulled it out from under my car, and realized there were NO NUTS & BOLTS holding the fender liner in place!! The shield was also dragging on the ground as only half of the bolts were attached!! I called Chandler Auto Body asking if they could come meet me where I was stranded on the freeway or send me a free tow truck, but they REFUSED! They said I have to drive it to their shop in order to get a repair, and they promised to get it done for FREE. I told them my car was not drivable but they didnt care!! So, I had my husband meet me to temporarily put the part in place before I drove back to the shop. Upon arriving back to the shop, the owner didnt even bother to look at the damage and quickly said that he wont be able to fix my car, because its not their fault it fell apart and he trusts that his guys put all of the bolts in. But then, he says that he was NOT in the shop during the hours my car parts were installed. This is AFTER he told me on the phone that if I came back, you would fix it for FREE!!! Then we asked him if he still trusts his guys after showing him the busted parts, and he said YES and he will NOT be firing the guys who made this mistake. If you take your car to this place, be certain that youll end up in a bind like I was because he doesnt hire experienced professionals! Instead, he wrote us a refund check and told us that its not his problem, thinking he would get away with poor customer service!! He does not care if you get into an accident, your safety is NOT his concern. If you want excellent service go to the Subaru Dealership on Gilbert Rd & Pecos! Dealerships might charge a few extra bucks but they use NEW (not OEM parts) and dont make these mistakes!! Customer service at Subaru has always been amazing - Mike the service manager is the best guy in the area who has fixed minor issues free of charge or only for the cost of nuts & bolts (only $7) on a few occasions. It definitely was worth it to wait another week to go back to my trusted Subaru mechanics after this mess!!!!

Not at all happy with the service. car was picked up from my house i believe the 7th of june, i had to keep calling to get updates on it, i finally picked it up on the 6th and it was sitting out front dirty, my white chevy malibu ltd. which is my baby cause its the vehicle that i bought with what my gpa left me when he passed, so it has sentimental value. When i picked it up, he said oh i wish i knew you were coming we would have cleaned it up. yet no one called to let me know it was done, i just happened to be right next door dropping off my rental and figured since the last time i talked to someone was that previous friday WHEN I CALLED and they told me they were just waiting on a new wheel and would call when its done, yet they didnt. So i drive the car around the block, everything seems fine. i take it home, and notice that theres a giant crack in the windshield!! definitely wasnt there before as i even asked my insurance inspector and they said they did a full overlook and it wasnt there before either! when i called, i was told "oh sometimes these things happen when it sits in the yard." that was it. not oh sorry we will fix it for you, NOTHING. so now the crack continually gets bigger and bigger and im getting screwed for it! ON TOP OF THAT everytime i get on the freeway and my car reaches 70 mph or higher, the front left tire or car area hums. and gets louder and higher pitched as im driving. im a audio engineer so i can hear annoying frequencies like these and im deathly afraid that somethings rubbing or creating friction and will catch fire or if i take my car to the car wash, the windshield will shatter! DEFINITELY not the level of service i expected to recieve after my first EVER accident in my entire 18 years driving and after seeing so many good reviews. wont be referring this place and may seek legal council.

Friendly staff, quality work, great price! My girlfriend needed some minor work done on her Honda Civic rear bumper. After visiting 4-5 certified shops around the Chandler area we decided on Chandler Auto Body. One reason we chose them was the staff. Rick was straightforward, confident and friendly to work with. Its sad to say he was one of the few people who treated us with respect, without trying to pull anything over on us or belittle us for being younger. They also had the best prices around for performing quality work without taking shortcuts on the repair. When we picked up the car it was cleaned, repaired and backed in waiting for us. The work was flawless and we couldnt be happier. Overall great experience. Theres a reason to support local business and you can definitely tell the difference compared to the big named competition. UPDATE: I was recently in an accident and had Rick and his team fix up my car too. I was nothing short of impressed by their work, again! Ive added before/after pictures of both cars.

Wow....I am absolutely shocked to see a 1 star rating. I have used Chandler Auto Body on several different occasions and have ALWAYS found them, specifically Rick, to be not only professional but EXTREMELY helpful. I found him to have the highest of integrity. He goes above and beyond what a reasonable person would expect. In my case spending countless hours dealing with the other guys insurance company. My truck looked remarkable! I cant thank him enough for taking the time to help me with the stubborn insurance company. I guess for all of you who take note of other 1 star ratings my only advice is to always remember there is always 2 sides to a story. I cant imagine a business around very long if parts are flying off causing vehicle collisions. Anyway, 5 stars from me! Highest of recommendations from me!

Be very careful taking your car here. My experience was not good. The owner is rude and mean and does not value customers. My car was taken in for an accident in May of 2017 and its September 2017 and Im still waiting for one small part to be fixed---he has more excuses than I want to hear. They replaced a door and mirror--the mirror just fell off. They wont fix or replace it even though I was told their work had a lifetime guarantee. I have no idea how this man stays in business. Beware. They promised my car would be done this week, then next week, then the next week. You get my point. Be careful. I would only use them if your insurance company required you gather several quotes. My two cents. Good luck. If the owner reads this, I guarantee Ill never get my bumper tow plate painted and installed.
