I dont want to say any names... but I will. Doug is a bad example of the an employee there. I was referred here by an insurance company. As soon as I got there I talked to the man who would be giving me an estimate for my car. He didnt care what I said, and acted like he was in a big hurry. He told me to leave him the keys to my car while he did a DAY LONG evaluation of my vehicle. I was disappointed that it would take over 24 hours. I came back the next day at the time he told me to come back, and asked him if my estimate was done. He said he had not started and that it would be done the next day at the same time. I reminded him that he had told me it would be done TODAY. He got angry at me, and said he had not had TWO HOURS to do the estimate. I was very polite up until that point. He angrily suggested that I take the car somewhere else to get an estimate, and I strongly agreed. He told me it was totalled and he needed an entire day to go over the car. I will not be referring anyone to that shop. I have heard their quality is terrible, and Ive also learned that their customer service sucks too. If you guys want polite, quality, friendly, fast service, go to Lindon Collision Center. They gave me a quick estimate in 25 minutes and reviewed it with me. I will never go here to have any future vehicles serviced.

I would recommend Cascade in Orem to ANYONE and EVERYONE I know. My experience was so much more pleasant than I had expected. I wanted to get my car in within that day, and after talking to Manny at the Lehi location and not being able to squeeze me in there, he immediately called Caleb at their Orem office in order to achieve my needs. Within 20 minutes, we had our car dropped off, and it was finished within 24 hours. No hassle at all. Even BETTER than that, we had received 3 other estimates for the work that needed to be done, and Cascade bumped down their price to meet the lowest estimate. I wanted to go to Cascade in the first place because of their lifetime warranty and policy of perfection, and they were willing to give me the price I wanted in addition to their warranty and quality of work. The next part surprised me even more! When going to pick up the car, I asked Caleb as we did the walk around inspection just out of curiosity how much it would cost to get some of the minor door dings and scratches fixed... he turned around and said "We can do that right now, free of charge. Would you be willing to wait for just a few minutes?" WOW. Ok. Done. Needless to say, I will be recommending Cascade Collision Repair to all my friends and family. Thanks Cascade!

I was getting groceries and came back to my cars bumper torn up. Not my fault. I called my insurance company and was lead to believe that it would be covered. The insurance company referred me to Cascade collision repair. I was then rushed to sign the document allowing cascade to work on my car before getting a bill to me and/or letting me know that I would have to pay for this. Since I was not aware I was going to have to pay for anything, I allowed them to take my car in. Later that day, I got a call saying I would have to pay over 700 dollars to have it fixed and I will not get my car back until the bill is paid. I called to explain that I was not aware that I would have to pay for it, and that I was under the pretense of the damages being covered. Im to the point of tears. Now, my car has been held captive, I wont be able to pay bills or rent, and I wasnt even able to shop around. All because of miscommunication. Let this be a warning to everyone. Never trust the company you are doing business with. As nice as they seem, there is ALWAYS a seedy underbelly.

The staff is really nice and they seem like they want to be helpful. But our car was hit from behind and driven into the car in front of us. And the first time we got the car back the entire front side hadnt been done. So we showed them that and they told us to bring it back in. In the couple days that we had the car my wife noticed that the trunk didnt latch anymore so when we took it in we asked them about that too. They said they would take care of it and they seemed very apologetic. Well we got the car back without them fixing the latch and there was dirt in the paint, when we got it back. Then we took it home and noticed that the latch still wasnt working so we called them and apparently they hadnt even looked at it. So we took it in and showed them the dirt in the paintjob and they fixed the latch they brought the car around clean and so we thought they had fixed the paint too... Well they hadnt, we were really fed up with them though so our car has a crappy paintjob, and we wasted a whole lot of time.

Incredible customer service! Amazingly friendly staff and a comfortable, welcoming environment. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water are provided for you. The chairs are actually comfortable to sit in while you wait (and trust me, you wont be waiting long). While they might be a little more expensive than other places, they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work. What really surprised me is that they detailed the inside of my car! While I hope I never have to go back (lets face it accidents suck) I dont think Ill ever take my car anywhere else. Oh, and lets not forget that they called me and told me that my car would be ready two days prior when it was supposed to be. The workers there are very thorough and informative through the entire process and will send you updates. Thank you so much Cascade! You made this entire process as painless and enjoyable as possible. And a special thanks to those employees that were working there today! Take em out for lunch sometime! ;-)

They were very honest and quick to get my car taken care of. They handled all the work with the other persons (who backed into me) insurance and made it simple for me so i could focus on my "normal life" and not the fact that my car was hit. They even got the rental car for me. Only thing i really had to do was call them up and drive my car down for the estimate and schedule a time to drop off the car. The estimate was easy to do as well. Nice guy named Clayton helped me. All the staff there was nice and personable did not feel like i was just another "job" to get out of the way. Not to mention the repair was UNBELIEVABLE!!! my car looks so GOOD! like better then the day it car from the dealer good. was very impressed with the repair work. I will make sure to recommend this particular shop in Orem to anyone who needs body work done. Thank you cascade staff for making it easy and giving un-beat-a-ble work for my car!
