I have a 2000 Toyota 4Runner that was dark forest Green. We had the 4Runner painted and paid extra for the door jams because we decided to change the color. The 4 Runner looked very nice and we had many compliments. Also telling friends where we had the work done. Scott/USA Auto painting charged us for a 5 year warranty paint job. We paid for one of the top package they offered. The 4Runner was painted a Silver/Gold color which looked pretty nice. The heavy rain we had in Chandler Arizona caused the rubber trim between the body and finder flares to chip because rubber is flexible. The last rain we had caused two other finders to chip on the rubber trim also. I followed the warranty paper work given and using the correct wax per THIER instructions. So I drive down to Auto Paint USA and showed Scott what was occurring. At which point he tells me that rubber should not be painted because it flexes and paint will not stick to it. I then ask him why "he" had painted it then. Which he replys that I should have told him not to paint the black rubber. And he should have charged me more to remove the wheel finder flares to do it right. I then told him that that was never discussed and "He" was supposed to be the "Expert" not me. He then said he would fix it for a price and not under warranty. I advised him I would let people know how they treat customers and honor their warranty. I would also call "12 on Your Side" and advise them of my customer experience. As I was leaving, Scott asked for the keys in a nasty tone to which I refused and left. Once home I took a plastic putty knife and separated the rubber from the flare on the lower and body on upper sides of all 4 finders. Then the paint basically fail off the black rubber, I wiped it down with a damp cloth to remove the paint chips. Took me about an hour to fix it myself, and weeks of frustration in the 10 minute talk with this guy. Paint jobs was "Okay" for the price but dealing with the customer service and getting the warranty "Honored" is a "BAD" experience so far. I have had a call from a manager or someone to call them on Monday. Not sure what that will do for me now?? Joe Mucha

Went to Scott about 4 months ago for a front end collision repair and at first everything was fine went through insurance and got the car back a month after not because of Scott but because of the insurance company. 2 weeks ago my wife was driving the car and all of a sudden she heard a loud hang and steam started going everywhere luckily she was parked at my work. So went out to check it out and the high pressure line off the condenser, which the condenser was replace by Scott, was just hanging there and I noticed where the line was suppose to be was JB Weld and the bolt that was suppose to be there was broke. So called Scott right away which he was very rude on the phone said I couldnt drop it off tonight even though it was 5pm. So went home and took the front end shrowd off and noticed there were about 12 missing clips missing, a few bolts not even tightened, a bare wire was just sitting there and the brackets holding the bumper were still bent bad. So went to Scott in the morning were he was very rude and argued with me about the JB Weld even though his main mechanic said it was. So after argueing with me for about 30 minutes he finally said he will fix there half ass mechanic work and then he said after this he will not repair any more problems that come up. 2 days later was able to pick up the car where they fixed the a.c. correct this time but the bumper brackets were still not straight and the bare wire was still there but I told Scott Ill just handle that stuff. So Auto Painting USA gets 2 stars from me just because he fixed it right the second time. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I hope Scott learns to treat people with some respect.

I was given a quote to re-paint the fiberglass shell on my nearly 10 year old truck that had deteriorated pretty badly. The quote was at least 20% less than anyone else I had contacted. They finished the job 1 full day earlier than expected and it was perfect in every way. The color match is perfect. The masking was done perfectly and I could not find any place, however minor, where the masking was not covered. The finish is excellent - glossy with no "orange peel". I would recommend Adam and his crew to anyone who wants a really good quality and professional paint job.

We dealt primarily with Scott at Auto Painting AZ and found him to be extremely courteous and professional. No pressure and no sales gimmicks. Scott explained what might go wrong with the car in certain areas and the luggage rack that has been baking the AZ sun for 15 years. The results were outstanding and I have little doubt that Auto Paining AZ will live up to their warranty should something not quite work out. AZ painting was recommended to us by a local body shop and we pass our recommendation on to anyone in need of having their vehicle painted.

I recently got my truck painted at Auto Painting AZ. They did a fantastic job. Scott was able to show me the difference between the different levels of finishing they had available, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions before we agreed on the final details of the job. He was very patient and explained things very well. Once they started, Scott kept me informed on their progress through daily texts. My truck looks brand new again. Thanks, Scott and the Auto Painting AZ crew. :-)

I had a scraped bumper and a slight scratch and dent above that on the fender. I authorized everything to be done with a not-to-exceed amount above the estimate since Scott wasnt sure how much damage there might be to parts underneath the body. Much to my delight, the final bill was exactly the same as the original estimate. Scott could not have been more friendly, honest, polite and professional. The vehicle looks as good as it did before I took it into the shop.

Great work done on my car. It looks amazing now that Auto Painting USA put some TLC into it. It was over-all a one of a kind experience. Very clean and comfortable front area. The staff were very informative and friendly. I understood exactly what I was being charged for, and they werent pushy like other places. The prices were competitive, and Ill be going back for all of my car care needs. Thanks Auto Painting USA.

Scott was very curtious and professional. Looked at my car door and buffed it out to first to see how much damage there was. We found that it didnt need a paint job. Saved us a lot of money instead of taking advantage of us like some in the industry do. Treated us honest and did it on the spot. Didnt have to wait. Would recommend them to anyone for his honesty and willingness to help.
