3 years ago, Greg and I got rear ended at a dead stop by a Nissan Titan going 30mph. My car absorbed the hit EXTREMELY well but the frame was buckled and it compromised the structure of the car. I took it to Invision Auto Body in Mesa and needless to say, the repairs are less than optimal. After talking to a client of mine that owns an Auto Body shop, she suggested I get it looked at. All of these marks on the car are places they did insufficient repairs. The frame is still buckled and from the looks of it, they tried to hammer out the dents. Apparently its a popular thing for auto body shops to do. The dont make any money if a car is totalled, so they fix it on the cheap just to make a buck. If I had got rear ended with the boys in the back seat, they could be SEVERLY injured because of the way this car was "repaired." If youve had severe repairs done to your car, I suggest you get a second opinion. It could save you a serious injury down the road.

I had insurance claim work done to my pickup, pretty extensive as they had to replace a bedside (outer rear fender), which involved cutting out the old and welding in a new one. They did a solid "good" job -matched the (faded) paint color well and kept the seams clean, but they also cracked/chipped a tail light, chipped some paint on a surface they did not repair, and now my Roll-n-Lock bed cover does not align or latch closed well (and it used to align perfectly). When I asked my rep for a little bit of extra paint, for touch-up, he said that he could not possibly offer that... he said paint was really expensive. My job was over $3500 and they could not manage a half ounce of touch-up... So, solid "good," work, but I would not go out of my way for their service - as they did not go the least out of their way for my business.

They are outstanding!! They do such terrific work. They answer your questions and take care of your concerns. Knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, thoughtful and efficient describe the staff. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. We have been so very pleased. Whenever we have concerns we talk to Justin Kemper and he solves them for us. Our interactions with the owner, Chuck Danielson, and Karen and Kim at the desk always make us feel good!! Invision Auto Body is outstanding!! We highly recommend them!!

Everyone here is wonderful, I got rear ended a few months ago and the guy who hit me, his insurance company put an after market bumper on my car so it doesnt fit right on the body of my car, well Justin and the rest of the staff has been working with me and his insurance company for a while to get the correct bumper on my car and I am just amazed at the incredible level of customer service I have received from everyone. If you need work done come to the this shop, they go above and beyond.

Quality of work was less than satisfactory. Installed parts fell off the car the first week end. White overspray was all over black surfaces and rubber rattle eliminators were left off. Additionally, if they tell you they need the car for a couple of days to correct their mistakes, they will have your car for a couple of weeks. If you intend to get a reasonable trade in value, I recommend you take it elsewhere because it will not be returned to original.

Accidents happen! But the professional, friendly and fast service that Invision has to offer makes the stressful process of getting your car repaired go a lot smoother! Ive unfortunately had to come to this location for several incidences (people love reversing into my parked car) but Robert Downey Jr & his crew never disappoint! Definitely recommend this spot if looking for quick and sufficient service.

These guys are the best. I got t-boned and took my car to Invision. They gave me the red carpet treatment from beginning to end. They fixed the car up perfectly and did all the dealing with the insurance company. They were always attentive to my needs and kept me informed throughout the process. I use these guys for all my accident needs - you would think I had a crash-up derby team for a family the way they bang up cars. I always use Invision. They are fast, reasonable,and the repairs are undetectable. Their only problem is they cannot ensure that the car will not get hit again once it is off their property. I am still looking for that service...

Its never fun to be in need of body shop services, but every time the "opportunity" has come up in the past 15 years for me, Ive had ZERO hesitation to visit the Invision Auto Body team! Theyve made dealing with insurance easy and have always stood behind their work! They know their stuff and thats why Id suggest giving them a try!

I had a substantial repair to the back end of my Camry from a collision. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. They communicated with me as promised. The work performed was excellent in every detail. They handled much of the communication requirements with the insurance carrier. I would recommend Invision to anyone!

Oh man I have been in 4 car accidents in my life (unfortunately), but Ive never had a shop take care of me like Invision did. Amazing shop! My car looks as good as new (well for a car from 2011). Hopefully Ill never have to come back to a body shop due to an accident, but if I do Ill definitely be calling these guys again!

These guys are the best. I have had a few accidents running my fleet of pest control trucks and I wont ever take my trucks anywhere else even if the insurance company requests it. They are so professional and the work is second to none. They are quick and do the best work. Everything looks and runs like new every time.

I have a lot of experience with this body shop and I absolutely trust them, more than anyone in the business. The person who placed a bad review and cannot write properly is no doubt to blame for "their" perceived problems and not Invision.

BAD! STAY AWAY! NOT THOROUGH! BASICALLY JUST MILKS YOUR INSURANCE AND DOES MINIMUM POSSIBLE TO GET THEIR PAYOUT! AVOID COMPLETELY AS THEY DAMAGED MY CAR DUE TO LAZINESS AND "sorry bud, theres nothing we can do about that"

I unfortunately got rear ended, it wasnt as bad an experience as I thought it would be. It was quick, easy, and painless. I thought Invision was clean, quick and professional.
