I dont like posting negative reviews but Ive sat on this for a while now and Ive never had a more nightmarish experience getting repairs done than I have with them. Started from the very beginning when they said they reserved me a rental car for my drop off time I had to wait 2 hours for the rental company to get one for me. Then almost 6 weeks later when I went to pick up my car the side mirror literally fell off when I touched it. Body panels were loose, and non oem parts were used (of course my insurance was billed for the oem part). They blamed one of their body techs and said he had recently been fired. They promised to fix it ad give me a rental car while they did, when I brought it back a second time they did address some things but while in their care my windshield was shattered at first they tried to blame me then after checking their pictures the my admitted it was them and took care of it. Brought it back a 3rd time for Thant and further issues. Months later Im still sitting here with loose and misaligned parts of my car too frustrated to deal with them again. The last straw though was getting a bill from hertz 5 months later saying that martins has not paid for the complimentary rental car they set up for me and told me they would take care of since the repairs were their fault. This may have just been the perfect storm of everything going wrong but my experience would never have me sending someone their way. Im at a total loss of what to do... just absurd... (Update) After talking with them I think they are taking care of the rental charges, but its just one more thing that I shouldnt have had to deal with.

I have never noticed such a professional and courteous body shop as Martins. I had my car backed into to early morning one day. The driver that hit me had a certain insurance company which did not want to pay for the complete repair of my vehicle. Their adjuster said, "That he would only pay for a reasonable repair." Martins told me that any insurance company has to pay for the repairs to put the car back into pre-accident condition. Martins fought for me the entire time to make sure my vehicle was put back into its pre-accident state. During the repairs at Martins, the adjuster of the other party insurance told me, "That Martins is just to picky." I love that Martins is picky about their work. I wax my car at least once a month and I want it to always look good. Therefore, I do not want just anyone fixing my car, I want the people to fix my car to be as picky as possible. Martins fought for me and they did a perfect repair on my vehicle. They made sure that not only my car was repaired to pristine condition, but also and most importantly that I was taken care of. They really take care of their customers and do whatever they can to help them through this unfortunate time of an accident. This is the only place that I would take my car and I want to tell everyone that is reading this that if you need to do a repair on your vehicle, do not take it anywhere else but Martins. They will not let you down. They take care of you completely.

I had some cosmetic road debris damage repair done on my Lexus. I was pleased with the way I was treated and kept informed through the process. The manager took care right away of a new small dent that I discovered when I picked up the car. There was detached plastic strip on the roof that I did take care off myself later on..They scheduled time with other company to take care of clear bra replacement. The Hertz rental was convenient, but the company Hertz didnt have a decent selection of cars to choose from and they didnt seem to make efforts to accommodate customer requests and to call back as they repeatedly promised. So if you have other rental company to work with, I"d recommend to use someone else but local Hetz. The final costs came $3000 + over the initial estimate due to, as they said, OEM headlights. They assured that it is fine with insurance. I used to take my cars to family operated shop in Provo. This time, because of convenience and because of my car friends recommendation, I took my car to Martins. Id say, I am generally pleased with the service and quality. I liked the attitude of the staff and their desire to help. If I had to pay out of my own pocket, Id shop around as Martins is not cheap, but if you are covered by insurance, I hope youd be happy to take care of your car repairs at Martins.

We were rear ended in a minor accident and the insurance company suggested Martins. First impression was good; I always respect as clean shop as it is the first thing a customer will see, as well as a sign of how they do business. We were helped quickly, and the estimator was both professional and knowledgeable, answering my questions and concerns about the potential safety of the vehicle before and after the work was to be done. We dropped it off on a Monday and with a Thursday estimated repair date. They called on Tuesday as there was more damage that needed to be fixed once they got into the job, and kept us well informed all along the way. On Wednesday they called that it was finished, a day ahead of the expected time, even with the extra work. What was even more impressive, my wife was the only one home and said she would have to come later as she couldnt get all the kids into our other car, and they offered to deliver it. Now *thats* service! When it arrived, it was much cleaner inside and out than how we dropped it off, and it looks brand new. I have used multiple collision repair places over the years, and I highly recommend Martins over all the rest.

We were involved in a car accident and the other drivers insurance had a few shops to choose from. We live in Sandy, but have always heard great things about Martins. We decided to follow what felt right and took our car down to Orem. They wrote up an estimate, we scheduled an appointment for later that week. When we returned they picked up right where we left off. The car rental was inside their building and we were out in minutes. We just purchased this car in February a 2013 Kia, when they were fixing the front bumper they called me and asked if I knew there was a prior accident. Now this wasnt anything sneaky of the horror stories of repair shops, this was legit. This escalated a whole new story with the car dealership and turns out our 2013 with 600 miles was in an accident and the dealership did nothing. Martins did what was right, they took pictures of the car for my reference and took ownership. The owner Ori came and talked to us and was genuinely involved the whole process. As a result we have a very clean repair and couldnt be happier for everything that they did for us. We even received a thank you card from them a few days later.
