Theyre lucky to be getting one star. This has to be the most unprofessional company Ive ever had to deal with. This is exactly what you dont want to deal with after youve been in a car accident. Rod Stalder is a piece of merde who throws tantrums on the phone in front of customers. He went cuckoo on me when I asked about them fixing their mistakes.... apparently "patchwork" is a trigger word for him. Hes a loose cannon and a liability to any company that hires him. Lets not forget to mention the dirty ass winks and chuckles he was giving me when confronted about his rude tantrum in front of his manager who said nothing about it. How professional. As for the quality--They kept my car for over 7 weeks. I understand it takes time to deal with insurance companies, adjustors etc. But if it takes 7 weeks, you would expect some sort of quality control. Not the case with EZ. There were multiple blemishes on the paint & body; sand beneath the clear coat, a run in the clear coat, new panel not flush with the rest of the body... a mysterious new ding on my passenger door (opposite side of damaged area) and my favorite, a damaged area completely skipped over because "the adjustors didnt include that." All of this was after the first time they called to let me know the car was ready and I had already turned in rental car. Three days after that Rod called to let me know the car was ready for me. Thats when he went crazy and yelled like a mad man on the phone after I inquired whether or not the entire area was repainted or if they did some patchwork to the paint. He insisted he was "bending over backwards" to rectify the situation. A situation that could have been avoided with a little bit of customer service and quality control. A situation they got themselves into. When I went to pick up the car, upon inspection, I ran my hand along the newly clear coated area and sure enough it felt like sandpaper. Im done. It shouldnt take 3 times to get it right. Beware of this shady little shop. Poor quality paint, terrible customer service and a lead painter who wreaks of alcohol. I only took my car there because San Tan VW suggested it. Poor decision on my part, and poor decision on STVWs part to be affiliated with this joke of a business.

John and Rod at Ez Auto Body made a stressful situation so much easier after getting into a car accident. They were on top of contacting my insurance to make sure I got my jeep back in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The day after getting my jeep back I noticed that my license plate was missing. I called Rod to see if they had taken it off for some reason during the repair, and he assured me that they had not. He directed me to call the police to report it and even offered to help in any way that he could. I have never been more impressed with such thorough and genuine customer service as well as quality work!

I was shopping around to get some body work done on my 08 Cts. I had some really deep scratches and a few dents on both sides that I could not stand to look at anymore. I googled and came across EZ Auto, which was down the street. I went on to their website and read a statement of what they stood for. It appealed to me and sure enough, the owner John, is a really great guy. He stands by his word, has integrity, and will always tell you the truth. In the end, I had the work done and it came out professional. Went from customer, to friends now. John is truly the body shop guy you can trust.

Great service and work. John is a real pro with many years experience and I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. My car was repaired flawlessly as far as I can tell. No complaints. And it was done much earlier than quoted! John kept me informed how the work was going along the way and I felt well taken care of.

They did a great job. The prices may seem high, but at the end you get the best products and service for your vehicle. Id rather pay more and have my paint job last years, than pay less and have to redo the paint every year.
