Well lets see. I ran over a curb in my car trying to fishtail it through a round-about on 6/27/07. But guess what, that wasnt the dumbest thing I did that night. I had my car towed to the Gilbert Collision Center! Worst mistake of my young life (so far :-/ ). There was definitely damage to one of the wheels where the axel (or whatever you call it) was bent so I couldnt get the wheel off. The wheel was pushed back into the wheel well and bent my fender too. Now my car was not insured for damage I did to it so I would be fixing it out of my pocket. I figured about $2000 would be the best deal I could get to fix it. Ive not had to deal with any shops before so I just had the tow truck take it to their recommended shop, the Gilbert Collision Center. A few days later I had my estimate of about $3000. Kind of high I thought, but ok, Ill pay it. About a week later I got a phone call that they found additional damage that would cost about another $500. After a long pause i reluctantly agreed to pay so they could continue fixing my car. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER, my car was done. Or so I thought. During my drive home I found that the steering wheel was pulling hard to the left. I had to angle the wheel to the right to make it drive straight. Needless to say it was very dangerous to drive. If I wasnt careful I could have easily lost control and crashed into someone or something. Also if I took a turn going normal speed it would make a noticeable whining noise and the tire would screech a little. Next day I took my car back and told them to fix it. They said they were sorry for not testing it after getting it back from wherever they took it to get it aligned and theyd see if they could found out whats wrong. Well I got a phone call a few days later telling me that more damage was found with the suspension column (or something like that) that would cost about another $400. It is now the middle of September, nearly 3 months later, over $3900 paid and my car is still not done. I cannot stress enough that this is the exact LAST place anyone should ever take their car. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. Looking back, I wish I would have either had it towed to my house or just considered it totalled. Anything is better than dealing with this place!

took my 2008 lancer in for the front end damage. have had work done by many companies on previous cars (including the dealer) so needless to say i was not looking forward to dealing with the bs and run around that all the other shops have given me. From the moment i walked through the door of east valley collision i was greeted by jim, who seemed very knowledgeable and gave me the options i could do with my car since i wasnt sure if the damage done was worth my insurance premiums going up. without even taking the car apart jim gave me a quote for time and amount it would cost me to have fixed. Somehow they managed to get all of the parts and paint necessary to fix my car the same day and by 5pm that same day i got a call saying my vehicle was done, but i should let the paint dry overnight. went in the next morning and my car looked brand new again. When i went to pay for my bill i was told it was actually cheaper than quoted. i have never had service like this before and would definitely recommend to family and friends. overall experience was great minus the initial part of getting in the wreck.

East Valley Collision Center is known as "THE BEST" body shop in the east valley area. I took my car in last week and they helped me deal with my insurance company and they were so courteous and helpful. They helped me figure what types of parts I needed and I felt secured to know that they are not out there to gouge me. My car now looks beautiful and I would trust them with every vehicle. Ive told my friends and family all about East Valley and they will not go to anyone else.

Frank and Lauren both made the repair experience as good as one can expect. Communications were regular and succinct, which helped to manage my expectations. The repair took longer than i expected, due to unseen damage that wasnt detected until the car was on the alignment rack, but overall, a good experience. Id use them again.

Very disappointed with everything starting with their offices paper pusher to them blaming their poor organization on vendors. If you are looking for a quality shop what so ever please save your time.
