Brighton Collision Centers is extremely rude and does consistently poor work. The repair they did for minor damage to my rear bumper did not put the car back in "like new condition" as they suggest. After the repair to the bumper the tale light edges did not line up. After complaining they told me that it was my problem and even threatned that I would have to start paying for the rental car. After contacting the insurance company they were a little more helpful but after having me come out to inspect FIVE times they still had not fully fixed it. In the end I was forced to accept their low quality work. Lastly, on the way out the door a representative committed that they would repair interior damage to my car that was caused while in their possession. This never happened even after repeated calls and even contacting the insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE WHAT YOUR CAR LOOKS LIKE.

After my car was hit by a large trucks flat tire on the highway, I had some body damage to the front of my car that caused me to keep getting flat tires. I called Brighton because of the good reviews (the AAA recommended auto body shop had less-than great reviews). Gentry handled every detail from beginning to end, calling me as promised from the time I had the car towed in until I picked it up. I have no idea what happened with AAA because he did all the work!! I just paid my deductible and they even washed my car. What I appreciated the most was that even though I had an "older" car, no one made me feel like I was less valuable of a customer than the next person. I appreciate all the hard work and thank you for keeping your word. Id recommend BRIGHTON :D

This place STOLE our car and drove it over 300 miles!!! This was after a car accident when the engine was leaking oil! When we went to pick up the car it wasnt fixed, the "new" bumper was falling off and the engine sounded worse than before we brought it in. They smoked In the car, burned cigarette holes in the seats, ripped the carpet, tore the leather on the doors, broke the mirror and spilled coffee everywhere on the carpet and seats. All this in 10 days! We couldnt believe it and had to get geico to send our car to another location!!!! Dont take your car here!!!

The reason I rate Brighton Collision a 5 Stars is my experience with them was excellent, from the courtesy to work done on my wifes Honda accord 2000, I brought the car in Monday morning pretty damage in front end, they call me on Wednesday afternoon ( car ready sir ) they change more parts then expected, paint match more than good, over all the car look better than before, they also gave me papers for LIFE TIME GUARANTEE.

This place is horrible, they do a absolutly horrible job at painting, the paint did not come out smooth on my car more like an orange peel affect and I even had runs around my door pannel. I would not recomend this place to anyone, horrible work, I would have rather paid a friend who doesn't know what they are doing I am almost positive they would have done a better job. If I could put no stars I would.

VERY IMPRESSIVE! Recommended by Farmers for an insurance claim. Had the car ready before the estimated date. They were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. The car looks better than before it got hit. They even detailed it including washing the floor mats! Way above and beyond my expectations in service and quality!

I have had the best service and quality at Brighton collision. The owner was friendly and personable. They gave me the best quote and did some extra work for free on my car. They were fast and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!
