TERRIBLE work, they do NOT take responsibility for their mistakes, & VERY UNprofessional! Do not go anywhere near this shop with your vehicle. I had the rear bumper replaced here, and before I got within 20 feet of the car when I went to pick it up I could notice the color wasnt even close to the existing paint. When I asked the employee, Cody, what he thought, he commented, "it looks fine to me, plus it is almost impossible to match colors on a vehicle that isn’t brand new" SCARY! They then tell me that although it is fine that they could redo the bumper "darker" than the rest of the vehicle which should then match. AGAIN SCARY. I give them the go-ahead to redo the bumper on a Friday but tell them I need the car over the weekend and will bring it back Monday. I get in the car and start it to drive off and the car which drove amazing with no check engine lights before I dropped it off, now has four different check engine lights on and shakes due to the terrible miss-firing. They claimed they had nothing to do with the engine bay. I pop the hood and noticed the engine had been cleaned meticulously, and also noticed the radio stations had been reset due to a power loss. I ask, "it looks like you were in my engine bay, where you, "Their response was, "yes, we always clean the engine and we had to jump your battery" (an almost brand new red top dry cell). I was told to take it to a mechanic and they would pay the fees. I took it to the mechanic, who over a phone conversation told Chris, the owner, and Cody, that their shop was liable for a loose battery connection and liquid inside the engine compartment causing misfiring. Chris has been extremely rude now that they were actually officially labeled with being liable, and refuses to pay any part of getting the vehicle back into working order. Please, PLEASE, PLEEEEASE stay away from this auto body shop. I took it there because it was close to my home, but I would drive to Tucson if I had to in order to avoid this establishment!

I just had the best experience in all of my 53 years! I was referred to Autopro Collision by my insurance agent after I ran over a metal object that had fallen from a truck in front of me. My car only has 4" of clearance so there was no chance of missing it. I could hear and feel the damage being done to my car and my wallet at the same time! Afterwards my car sounded like a dragster and there was a terrible vibration. I took my car to Autopro and met with the their owner and a technician. They instantly put my mind at ease. Lynda, the President asked if I needed a ride back to work and was very accommodating. I received a call from Autopro a few hours later and was told that my car was ready. When I arrived it was explained to me that no major repairs had been needed that a stabilizer bar had been damaged and they had been able to repair it at very little expense. I know if I had taken this to the dealer it would have been in the thousands to fix! Thank you to Lynda and the entire team at Autopro for such an enjoyable experience. I will highly recommend Autopro to all of my friends, family and anyone that needs any work done on their cars. Thank you again, Mike De Falco Chandler

I Took My Car To Them After I Had Been In An Accident. They Were Amazing! The Customer Service Was Outstanding & I Was Able To Get A Rental With No Problems As Well. When I Picked Up My Car It Looked Gorgeous & My Bumper Looked Amazing in Every Way!! AutoPro Definitely Gets A 5 Star Rating From Me!! I Will Always Come Back To Them From Now On With Any Future Work That Needs To Be Done!! They Made Everything Easy From Working With The Other Guys Insurance Company So I Didnt Need Too, To Picking Up & Dropping Off The Rental Car!!! Wow, what a great job they did on my 4Runner. I have a rare color that has a metal flake in it, and it was matched perfectly. I had a bumper corner replaced, and some scratches in another section of the bumper fixed. The scratches were so deep that it was down into the polyurethane. They filled the scratches, and matched the paint perfectly. You cant tell any repairs were done, and the new bumper corner aligned perfectly with the rest of the body lines. Not only was the work top notch, but they were one of the lowest quotes I got.

I was referred to Autopro while on vacation in Arizona. I traveled out to Yuma to visit family, and then spent a few days in Chandler before going back to Florida. I had an accident before I left. Autopro was able to take care of repairs quickly and get me back on the road again with only minimal delays to my trip back to Florida. Although I am not from this area, I would recommend them to anyone in this area in need of auto body work on their car.

I had my Jeep towed here after a wreck. I am so pleased with their work. My Jeep got a new paint job, tires, alignment and they detailed the inside! It is like a new vehicle. Took my 2010 Chevy Silverado to AutoPro Collision last week to have them paint my tonneau cover and front hood. I was skeptical on whether they could match the color as I have a granite black color. I got it back within a few days and the truck looked brand new! They matched the colors perfect. Great job. I will always use these guys!
