I recently took my jeep to get some repair work done on my front bumper, headlight and hood. It was the most painless and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Brent (The owner) and his staff were helpful, nice and very informative. I cant say enough about how great they are at what they do and how they treated me as a customer. They helped with the rental car, made the calls to get me the rental and arranged my pickup time at the shop. Their employee Juan kept me up to date with their progress and always called me when he said he would. They delivered my car to me on time and dealt with my insurance directly. The repairs on my Jeep were flawless, my car looked brand new and beautiful! wow!! They do amazing work. They washed my car and even cleaned the interior, windows, ulphostery, dashboard, center console, floormats, windows were all super clean. They even replaced the bulbs on my brake lights - which had nothing to do with the damage on the FRONT of my car. :D Dentmaster kicks a$$! I cant say enough about how Impressed I was with the whole experience. Its such a pain having to deal with car problems... but I can honestly say that the team over at Dentmaster made this experience not only painless... but wonderful! -Marcia

In the past six months I have used Dent Master twice both times with exceptional results. My wifes car was hit while it was parked in our driveway and the other partys insurance said Dent Master was one of their "preferred" shops. I knew our dealer took their body work there, so I decided to give them a try. They arranged for our rental and always kept us informed of the status of the repairs. When one of the parts the insurance company wanted to use was delayed in shipping, Dent Masters staff was proactive about getting the insurance to authorize a more expensive replacement to get the car fixed and back to us quickly. On the second repair they did for us, they were hundreds of dollars less than another shop and they did all the work in 1 and 1/2 days! I have no reason to take my cars anywhere else, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dent Masters did a phenomenal job with my body shop repair and honestly the best customer service I have received in a long time. They finished the work on schedule, at an affordable rate, and I did not get the run around for one minute (which is usually the case with Body Work). Curtis called me to let me know what was going on and they even did a full interior / exterior detail before returning the car. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I called 5 minutes before closing and one of the staff offered to stay 20 minutes late so I didnt have to come the following day. In this day & age mediocre service is usually as good as it gets, but Dent Masters went ABOVE & BEYOND. Added bonus: the final product was outstanding and my vehicle was in top condition. THANK YOU!

I have had several experiences with Dent Master over the last 5 years. For the first few times I had them do estimates and then I would go to 2 others for estimates. Dent Master always had the lowest estimate. Their work is Superior. I have had bent fendors, bumpers, mirrors, and bent doors. Every time is is finished when they say it will be done and you cant tell where the damage was to start with. I always recommend them to everyone since I am so pleased. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work and they are nice people to work with. They are usually very busy, as they are sub-contractors for many of the dealerships around town. But they are honest and do the best work I have seen.

Brent and his crew are the best! I had to take my car in to have some work done because my 17 year old daughter drives my car to school. High School parking lot, enough said. Brent gave me an estimate in 5 minutes and it was well below anything else I had been given from other repair shops. The work they did is phenomenal. There is no trace that work has been done. It was done on time, as promised. I was given updates as the process went along. They offered me rides to and from their shop. They cleaned my car inside and out when I picked it up. Service you just dont find anymore. I will only go to one place in the future and that is back to Brent. Thanks!

I had my cars bumper covers replaced by Dent Master a few months ago. They gave me a good price, didnt try to sell me anything extra, did the work quickly, and I have had no problems with either the front or rear covers since. They were courteous and answered all my questions. They even washed and swept out my car while they had it in the shop! Since it was February when I had the covers replaced, my car was covered in salt when I brought it to them. I almost didnt recognize it when they gave it back to me because it was so clean! I was really pleased with my experience.

First off, let me say that these guys are the best in customer service. Have a problem, bring it up, they will listen. I have taken my car into them 3 times, each time theyve done great. They took a busted up car, and made it beautiful again. Check the pictures, you be the judge. One thing to note, if your insurance made you go through a body shop for an estimate, and you dont like the repair shop (cough* cough* Abbra), they will do the repairs based off the estimate.

Dent master was awesome. I had a dent in my brand new car from hitting a parking space pole. Places like Unique Auto Body & others in the surrounding area were going to charge me over $1,500. Dent Master did it for half of the price & in the shortest amount of time. I will definitely recommended to others & be going back for other auto body repairs. Shout to Curtis for helping me so much throughout the process & the rest of the dent master team; so friendly & nice!

I bought a new-to-me 2011 Audi two weeks prior to a large dent appearing on my hood, right in the middle of a factory crease. I freaked out and was worried it wouldnt be able to be repaired using the "paintless dent repair" method. Dentmaster treated me right and repaired the dent the same day. The owner told me he wouldnt charge me if they got into the repair and he didnt think it would be able to be fixed. I would highly recommend them!

WOW! My car looks brand new. I had never used dent master before, but I will never go anywhere else again. I tried them because of the great on line reviews and they did not disappoint. The quality of work was top notch. My car has a black paint job and they made it looks like glass again. The bill was also a nice surprise. With the caliber of work that they do, you would expect to pay more. Big thanks to Brent and his team!!!

My wife recently had a small accident in her new Acura. Dent Master worked wonderfully with our USAA insurance company to get everything claimed, processed, and fixed in a timely manner. When dealing with new expensive vehicles, Dent Master is the only place I will go from now on! The bumper actually looks better than it did from the factory.
