After another party backed into my front end in a parking lot I brought my car to the dealership for initial meeting and inspection of the vehicle, it went great couple photos taken and it was off to the shop. A couple days later I was notified it was back at the dealership to be picked up and repairs were complete. Upon my visual inspection I noticed my grill was protruding out, my hood was not aligned with far more space to one side than the other when adjacent to the body panel and last my Jeep trail rated medallion was missing. The agent apologized and instructed me to bring to the shop personally so they could fix it. After dropping off the vehicle at the shop myself this time saved them the man hours and time I was again given a couple of days and then was notified my repairs were complete. Upon returning to service king my hood looked awesome in perfect position but the medallion was placed in the incorrect area along with me running my single finger on the grill the lower end popped out. The service rep looked right at me and asked why i would intentionally pull out my grill. I told him it was repaired improperly and the force from a speed bump would cause it to have come undone. So upon a 3rd chance and being notified that the similar OEM part was not up to spec they ordered the OEM part and installed it and fixed the medallion. Great 3 trips and my time and my vehicle was repaired I pop the hood open and notice a coolant line was reattached but leaked and sprayed coolant all over the heat cloth under the hood and all over the interior of the engine bay, the line was then secured according to the dealership I later took it too. All in all they are all about reviews and saying we will call you with a survey, but I guess when you botch up a repair again and again you dont want that survey taken, to this day no phone call. A word of advice when another party hits you and their insurance says take to Service King great let them do the estimate, but I repeat dont let them do the repairs ask it to be taken to a certified dealership, its still no cost to you.

So to start with, this shop has changed its name to Service King. Now, let me start with my review. After getting caught in a dust storm in a brand new Honda, my car needed new paint, lights and a windshield. The original estimate was around $2,500 but as time went on, they kept finding more and more wrong with the car, with a final bill of approximately $5,000. The original time frame to get the job done was a week, yet every Friday I would get a call saying it would be ready the next Monday and on Monday get a call saying it would be ready later that week. This went on for three weeks or so, until they finally said it was ready. I picked up the car, and the only part they had NOT repainted, the trunk, didnt match the rest of the car. The inspection sticker on my windshield was thrown away and there were several imperfections with the paint job such as paint drips and dirt being painted over, and overall a dull paint job (probably do to insufficient use of clear coat). So, I gave them the car back and they said they would take care of it and put me in a rental until it was taken care of. The manager was now taking care of this job personally I was told, and he informed me that he would call me to tell me the status of my car. He never did, and I had to call them to find any information about my car. Today, I picked up my car after three days of them working on it and lo and behold, there are still paint drips that were easily found after a thirty second inspection of the car. So now, I have to find a new body shop to fix their work as this lovely experience continues. Would I recommend anybody using this shop? ABSOLUTELY NOT, unless youre happy being lied to and having sub-par work done. If I had it my way, this place would be shut down permanently.

Scheduled an estimate appointment to get my bumper fixed on my Honda (had a small puncture hole in the bumper skin). 1-Their lobby was like 100 degrees 2-Once the service rep found out that I was shopping around for repair work he totally treated me different and not in the good way. Instead of working hard to earn my business it was obvious that he was trying to lose my business (maybe less work for him, do they get paid commission??). I have never seen this before...it almost seemed like he chose the repair path that would cost more on purpose? He quoted me over $800 to just fix a bumper skin (not replace)...and would have been even more to swap out the bumper skin for a new one! WAAAY over priced (again, I felt like he was trying to drive me away). When I asked him to break down the charges he was short and did not try to justify anything. You could tell he was just there for a job...not loyal to Service King or the customer. I then went to Gerber Collision (the one on Greenfield and McDowell) and they gave me an estimate and my car was all done in LESS than 24 hours AND they charged me under $700 out the door and that included a new OEM bumper. Why would I pay over $200 more for a lesser repair plan? Not to mention a worse customer experience. I would compare Service King to Walmart...so big that the employees dont care...Gerber is your favorite local grocery store that care about their customers and do all they can to make sure they are satisfied.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER. Dealt with Firman at this Service King since Bryan who was handling my claim was on vacation . Long story short they had my vehicle 12 days and have poor attention to detail. Their repairs caused me to have my floors in vehicle soaked 3 different occasions that I know of because of repairs they did. Their warranty is very disappointing said they order parts to fix my vehicle when I came back a week later to have it repaired Firman said they didnt come in yet and would call me next day which never happened . Once they get paid they dont care about your vehicle anymore from my experience . I only hope the remaining issues I have get fixed . Highly recommended NOT using this company. If you use this place check their work you could find like I Did your seat belts bolted down under your factory subwoofer, a antenna bolted down under your rear seat , water leaks where no damage was before. just poor quality of work , your car interior covered in dust , that they listen to your satelite radio while working on your car but dont fix the fact it wont work in morning for some reason now Trim pieces pulling up and not sticking. Still waiting for Service King to contact me . It appears public perception is more important then a current customer complaint

my truck was nearly totaled, and service king did the repairs. The rear axle was not square when reintsalled, ....thrust angle was way off causing major road force vibration and noise. They fixed the misaligned axle, but are not replacing the chewed up tires, so theres still vibration and noise. Wheres the lifetime guarantee? Frank, the GM at baseline road in Mesa, Az., has zero to no professional accountability/integrity at all. Frank does not communicate well; customer service, returning calls, meeting deadlines, etc....very frustrating. Frank yells at me about raising my voice, then hangs up on me....wheres the quality control these days? I shouldnt be forced to drive my family around on tires that are a liability because of the faulty work of service king. I guess ill pursue this through state farm then. They say they stand behind their repairs 100%.....well see.
