Our car was "front ended" by a car driver who backed up rather sharply at a traffic light . It was a relatively minor crash, but did about $2.5K worth of damage. Having been a previously satisfied customer, I could think of no one I trusted more to do the repairs than IMPACT AUTO BODY. JJ Solem was our Estimator, and he immediately took care of us, and guided us through the entire process of evaluating the damage, preparing the estimate and dealing with the insurance company. He had a detailed estimate ready for us within a couple of days, with all the information and pictures copied to the insurance company for approvals. JJ and the folks at Impact are very experienced in dealing with insurance companies and it was a great relief to have NO need to haggle and bicker with the insurance company adjuster. They knew exactly what they were doing, and how to negotiate the process with the insurance company. Even though the insurance company approved seconds and used parts, Impact Auto managed the quote process so smoothly that they ended up using nothing but NEW genuine 100% factory parts for the repair. They did so also with hidden damage discovered after the repairs commenced, and we had no need to deal with the insurance company at all. The repairs were needless to say - FLAWLESS, and the car has never looked better. Throughout the repair process, JJ kept me informed at every turn in terms of progress. I never had to wonder what was going on, No guessing, no wondering. Just common old respect, courtesy and consideration. What a great model for all businesses! I have never met the leaders of this team, but I think I can safely say that they are fundamentally responsible for setting this culture of customer centered focus and an uncompromising committment to quality and integrity - which is so completely tangible here. A very big Thank You for a superb job, and congratulations for being able to sustain who you are for all these years!

After being involved in an accident in early October, I chose Impact Auto Body to perform the repairs on my vehicle. Ive waited until now to post this review for 1 specific reason- to ensure all repairs were performed properly with no latent problems. Impact Auto Body is the best repair facility Ive ever dealt with. The original quote was very comprehensive and performed quickly and professionally. When I dropped the car off Monday morning, I was told the expected time frame for completion, same as Bob told me when received the estimate. I received 3 calls throughout the week to update me on the status of the repairs and the anticipated completion time, estimated to be late on a Friday afternoon. I received the last call around 3:00 Friday, letting me know that the car would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. I arrived at 4:00 to a fully repaired vehicle looking as good as new. Negatives- None. Positives- Front office was fantastic. Friendly, personable and efficient. Bob was dead on with the estimate. No surprises for me or my insurance. Techs- did a fantastic job! Limited Lifetime warranty on repairs. (Wish I had that from another Mesa repair facility. Different car. Looked good at first, now hood is warping and oxidizing). Interior of the car was protected during repairs. Any miscellaneous items in the door and console storage areas were placed in Ziploc bags and marked as to their location. Nice touch! 3 months later, the repair looks great, no squeaks, rattles, no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Impact Auto Body!

I scheduled to have my aging 94 Thunderbirds (260,000 miles) sagging doors repaired this week at impact Auto Body. About 4 years ago they had replaced the drivers door lower hinge and this time both the drivers and passenger door were sagging. I expected to have to replace 2 or 3 hinges. Mike Allen had estimated they would only have to replace the drivers door upper hinge and adjust the other 3 hinges. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and picked it up the end of the day Thursday as scheduled. The bill was precisely as estimated. The doors both open and close with ease. There was an issue with a flickering Air Bag light, which Mike advised me of but I needed car right then. (there has been other gauge/warning light erratic issues with my dash that is due to get looked into by my repair shop) Mike wanted to take the car next door to a repair shop to diagnose the air bag light error but I didnt have the time to leave it there Friday. However as I loaded my bike into the car I noticed the trunk and gas tank access buttons were inoperable. Mike ran the car right back into the shop at 5 minutes to closing where they found a loose connector under dash that resolved the inoperable switches and air bag light. I couldnt be happier with the service and care that Impact Auto Body took with my aging ride. Thanks again guys and the helpful pleasant ladies at the front counter, I would recommend Impact Auto Body to anyone that wants their vehicle repaired with care and to a very high standard. -- Tod A.

I was rear ended on the freeway and the other driver took off with out taking responsibility. The amount of damage sustained was very significant, about $5,000 worth. Since Impact is right around the corner from my home, I thought I would swing in and get an estimate on the damage. They were able to provide one right on the spot and were very honest. They even pointed out damage that I hadnt noticed. When I got home, I immediately started reading reviews on them. I knew right away that I was dealing with a top notch firm. I read several reviews and almost all of them were very positive. The ones that were negative, the owners of Impact contacted and made right. The owners even made a point to thank those who provided a positive review. Most of the time, reviews fall on deaf ears (good or bad) and the owners of the company could care less. There customer service as well as their desire to make their customers happy was the number ONE reason I chose Impact. Since I had to pay my insurance deductible to get my truck repaired, I opted not to rent a car. I let them know and asked them if there was any way to get the repairs done any sooner than estimated. They were able to get it done in about half the time saving me from lots of frustration of operating with only one car. My truck came back looking better than when I dropped it off!! Thanks Impact Auto Body - I would recommend you to any one who needs auto body work.

So I called Impact Auto Body this morning based off all of the great reviews. I had an easy job and wanted to get some quality work done on my AMG Mercedes. Simply put I wanted Impact to paint a new very expensive bumper I just purchased. The reply I got back was "We dont do that kind of work" my reply was "so you wont paint a bumper for me?"...."no" Maybe this company is only geared to taking money from an insurance company but needless to say I am disappointed. I tried to be a customer..... ******************************* Thanks for the comments Bob- My comments were neither incorrect or unfair, this was MY experience with YOUR company, how can that be incorrect?? I did not ask for restoration nor anything that is out of the norm for your daily business (unless you dont paint bumper covers). Simply put, your company turned me away. I only assume Tom thought that I bought a cheap aftermarket bumper cover that would require many hours of work to make fit.....even if that were the case I would have paid you to do it. I am sorry but I believe the negative comment is warranted in this case.
