BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE When my vehicle was towed into San Tan Auto Body I spoke with Cory. Cory and I had an understanding that they were ONLY to give an estimate and NOT to start any work. Oh boy did they give an estimate and tore my entire vehicle apart. From the headliner to all of the trim pieces from the front to the back. When I told them that I was upset, they told me that was what it took to give an estimate. So your telling me when my transmission goes bad and I want an estimate the shop has to drop the unit, open it up, give an estimate and give my vehicle back with no transmission in it? Shame on you San Tan Auto Body for your unprofessional behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I am looking forward to what the law has to say about the condition of my vehicle. I actually hired a photographer to come take detailed pictures less then 20 min after it was back in my driveway from the tow truck company, with more damage then was done by the theft. I was tipped off by the two truck driver as to how my parts were treated while my vehicle was getting picked up. The driver informed me that my parts to my vehicle were getting kicked around the shop floor before being thrown into the back of my suv. I have every reason to trust him based on the condition of my parts and vehicle upon return to me. Needless to say we are seeking further help to get this issue resolved. Beware consumers make sure you dont let this happen to you. Dont let them make you feel like you have to commit to a repair with them because they completely dismantle your vehicle for a "Estimate".

We just moved to Queek Creek Az from Flower Mound Tx. This has been a great move for us. The one thing that made the move better was finding San Tan Autobody. We had to get some repair work done on our 2010 Camaro SS. We researched the area and found that San Tan Autobody had great reviews. We took our car over there for an estimate and found the people very helpful and friendly. Mike came out and gave us a estimate that was fast and accurate. It was a very hot day, but he made sure that the experience went quickly for us. Mike gave a reasonable estimate and told us the car would be done in four days. We left the car and just like he told us he called us four days later with a finished car. We cannot be more happy with the work and the staff. Its difficult moving to a new area and finding businesses that you really like. I would recommend San Tan Autobody to anyone. Through my experience with car repair this shop has the best qualified staff that I have ever used. If there was a way to give them a higher rating than five stars they would get it. There wasnt one area of this experience that wasnt great. Thanks Mike and staff keep up the great work. Recently was in an accident and was referred there by Geico since they have an adjuster on site once a week. (Thursday- Pam who is really nice btw) I spoke with both Jerry(over the phone, I believe he is the owner? I might have that wrong) and Kory, both were nice and stand up guys. Accident was not my fault but did not want to deal with getting reimbursed for a rental as I did not have the coverage. San Tan Auto hooked me up with a loaner while they assessed the damage. My car ended up being totaled at which point I returned the loaner. (Focus, but it was free) When I returned the car I had a chance to chat with Kory and walk through the shop and see some of their work. Im not a professional but looked like they were doing good work. Everyone there was really pleasant, that is what compelled me to leave the review. In the lobby they have a bunch of things displayed and it has a total 50s? vibe. Thought that was really cool. I can only guess that it was to showcase their work. I had a friend who had his car towed there after an accident as well. He said he had a similar and pleasant experience which is why I went there in the first place. I would recommend this place to a friend although please keep in mind that my car did not end up getting fixed there and cant speak to things on that end outside of what I mentioned above.

Ive dealt with Jerry and his staff on hundreds of claims, appraisals, repaired, totaled vehicles for the past 5+++ years and have never had any issues with honesty, quality, integrity or anything else involved with the claim and repair process. Ive read the so-called negative review below and obviously this person is not very good at communicating or knowledgeable about the collision repair industry. Hes just blowing smoke, many vehicles must be partially dissasembled to write a thorough estimate to expose all damage. I would trust Jerry and his staff with any repair on any type of vehicle.Obviously "luvin life" isnt enjoying life much these days with his unrepaired or improperly repaired vehicle probably at some sub-standard hack shop!!! I look forward to having Jerry and staff continuing to repair many, many, many, more vehicles.

Our vehicle was the victim of a hard rear end collision. We had the repairs done at San Tan Auto Body. Mike was our advisor. The total damages ended up being over 16,500.00 ..Yes, you read that right. So you can imagine the mess my vehicle was in. Repairs were done and our vehicle returned to us. My 2013 Ford Escape is like brand new. We had it at the dealership for a unrelated issue, and it was up on the rack. The service people and sales car managers looked it over and told us that " If you had not told us about the accident, we never would of known" .......That is how great San Tan Auto Body did the repairs and work. They are the nicest people, and if you need work done to your vehicle. Do yourself and your car a favor and have it done at SAN TAN AUTO BODY....

Firstly, I would like to thank San Tan Auto Body & Staff for the repairs that they have completed on my vehicle. I have been nothing less than completely satisified with the quality of service and repair to my vehicle. It is nice to see that their remain businesses out their who still have service and professionalism in mind. I was completely comfortable with the staff that took care of my vehicle and would like to extend a BIG THANKS to Cory Smith for keeping me informed and providing me updated statuses as to when my vehicle was finished. I would UNDOUBTEDLY be a return customer as well as HIGHLY recommend San Tan Auto Body to ANYONE who is in need of Auto Body repair work.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with this new body shop. I was in an accident and did not know where to have my car towed, but i remembered seeing this new Body Shop and had my car towed there for repairs.I was very pleased with the customer service I received this was my only car they helped arranged a rental car for me through my insurance company and took care of all the details and paperwork needed to get my car repaired as quickly as possible. I was just amazed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received and how painless the whole process was, upon picking my car up it was immaculant, the work performed flawless, THANKS TO JERRY AND THE CREW FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
