BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! I participated in a tour on January 17, 2014. The equipment was in poor condition including brakes that had to be pumped constantly to keep them working and helmets that looked like they were used up in the 1960s. One individual damaged his equipment (he said due to brake issues, which is plausible). Desert Dog has persisted in trying to make me pay for the other operators issues saying the damage waiver I signed was for all buggys on the tour! This is an unscrupulous business and I would caution anyone considering them. I never ever write reviews but I feel compelled to based on this experience. Do yourself favor if youre considering DESERT DOG and find a different tour operator.

We took the Hummer tour with guide Kevin and had a really great experience. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about desert plants, animals and environment. Kevins also very professional. We highly recommend the Hummer tour with Kevin if you want information about the area and desert. A great tour.

Had an excellent time. Our tour guide Kevin was great. Very knowledgeable and a native of the area. Dont even think about using anybody else but Desert Dogs. Make sure you take the sunset tour Would definitely recommend without any reservations

Took my seven year old son on the two seater sand buggy with me; we both had a blast. Ive rode dirt bikes and atvs on the east coast since I was a kid and never had such a blast. Great memories were made and guide Rick was fantastic.

Just took our kids, aged 8 to 19, everyone had a great time. Our guide was friendly and fun. We would absolutely use them again.
