This is for the repair portion of the shop, not reflective of the other services they provide. So, Ive been a long-time AAA member, first time taking it into a AAA shop. It was towed and examined in a timely fashion. The coolant had dumped, so my suspect was water pump failure since my radiator was only about a year and a half old. However, thats where any positivity ends. I was told they did a block test (which was free with my AAA membership) and that it failed miserably, indicating the head gasket was blown and my engine was done for. After I got off the phone I was heartbroken and had to hold back my tears - 7 years with this car and it had been running fine just a few days ago. It had no symptoms of a blown head gasket either, so this blindsided me. Bob recommended that I junk it, and gave me a number of a company nearby. I asked if I could have a few days to figure out what Im going to do with it. I talked to family, found a buyer for the wheels, and was looking for my next car. Came to pick up the car a few days after its drop-off and the service woman was rude and condescending. "Oh, youre the one that overheated your car and ruined your engine. Youll need a tow." I told her the car is driveable for short distances, can I just go get it. "No. You cant go back there." She went and drove it out herself, then I took it and drove it a few blocks away. I found an expert in 1995-1999 Maximas to potentially sell it to for parts - he took examined it and said my engine was FINE. Definitely not a blown head gasket or even indications of damage, and he said my engine sounded excellent. The problem? Water pump. $400 later and my car is in excellent shape. Thanks AAA repair shop for blatantly lying to me. Sure my car isnt the nicest ever but it gives you no right to lie to me so you dont have to deal with it. Will never be back. Will caution friends and neighbors against your shop.

The license plate service here is absolutely horrible. My wife and I work a mid day shift which prevents us from going to the DMV during the week. I have been a AAA member since 2001. When we went to the offices, the lady there, who was really rude, said that the title had been altered. The reasoning for this was because where the "1" in 2017 was wrote, it had appeared that it was retraced to highlight that it was a one. We showed her our Bill of Sale which was notarized and she refused to take that as there was no "alterations" on it. She did not know the law which allows for you to use a notarized bill of sale in place of a title when transferring titles/registering a new vehicle. We would have saved money going there rather than the DMV. Instead, we went to a place a couple miles away which charges extra fees to register/transfer titles. This ended up costing an extra $60.00 than what the DMV would have charged. They accepted the bill of sale in place of the title and completed our transfer of ownership. AAA customer service is also HORRIBLE. I called to request their complaint team and they told me to file a claim for reimbursement. it has now been three weeks after submitting a form online and still havent heard anything. I will be passing the word around that the staff at this office is not fully trained to do their job.

I dropped into the AAA Office to get some advice on an upcoming trip through the (5) Natl Parks in UT + a gander @ the Painted Desert in AZ. Took the luck of the draw and ended with a travel agent, Matt Stadel. In very short order Matt listened to what I wanted to see and do in this trip and was able to put together a TripTik and My Places in very short order. I am pleased with his suggestions of routes, hotels and sights. I just finished booking (3) nights hotels in this very busy area at this very busy time of the year and I am looking forward to hitting the road in a week for a trip north! I have been a AAA customer since the early 90s but never used the advice of an agent via TripTik. I am super satisfied!

When I first called to make an appointment I had a bad taste in my mouth from the start. The lady who answered was rude and talked to me like I was an infant. I was told that my overheating issue wasnt the head gasket and that they tested it to make sure but they would replace the thermostat and hoses to make sure I would be good to go. The first night after I picked it up I had the same overheating issue as when I brought it in. Didnt trust them anymore so I brought it to another shop that told me the head gasket test results said it was blown. Wont be taking my car here ever again. Wasted $350.00 for nothing

We always appreciate a "trip tik" with directions and an area map of areas we are visiting. Seems there is a change in what AAA is willing to provide, OR hiring less qualified "researchers"? The Travel helpers used to find special coupons and deals that made our membership fee(s) worth it. Our last couple of visits resulted in the "Agent" looking at the AAA options list and telling us "thats all I can do". WE could have done that much ourselves! Weve called Hotels and Rental Car agencies ourselves, following our visit to the AAA office - and found better deals/discounts, with little effort.

Ive always had great service from this branch. I was really disappointed yesterday when I waited for 40 minutes to get a replacement license plate. There was 1 person working at the counter and I had one person ahead of me. I finally left because I was going to be late to an appointment. The branch had tons of people in and out in all the different areas but the one desk was tied up for 40 minutes. Kind of ridiculous. I should have gone to the DMV yesterday I guess.

I really do love this location. Very clean and organized. I have a great relationship with Bob in auto repair. The only thing I dont like is the woman who sits next to him. I dont know her name but consistently every single time I have been there, she has been so rude and just a complete dick. I go up to Bob because I know why Im there and who I need to talk to and she is a complete bully the whole time. I am as nice as I an be and I am very polite but she is so rude.

This was the first time I had visited this office. I just joined AAA very recently. I was impressed how efficient they were. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I wanted and then invited to have coffee or water. A really nice gentleman called my name in a few minutes and I was given the material I came in for. Very good experience. Up until then I had wondered if I reallky wanted to join and now I am glad I did.l Thank you very much.
