I signed up online for AAA auto club only to be told that they cant find the charge and the only way to get the membership or a refund is to send in my bank statement along with my full credit card #. Spent over and hour on the phone being put on hold several times!! Still no membership or refund. Horrible and fraudulent. I called my bank and they said no reputable company will ever ask you to send in a bank statement. The bank told me to go into a branch in person and show them via my mobile banking. I went in and pulled up my bank statement in front of the customer service rep and showed the charge. She was very polite and took the issue to the manager. The manager said I do not trust someone just coming in and claiming they paid. I left there feeling like a criminal.

Very. Expensive, and charge a yearly charge, 4 roadside assistance I have been with them 4 over 10 years no discounts, even though my vehicle is older than I have to pay 130,o.o every year 2 get road side assistants they were supposed to call and figure something out, not!!!
