I called for roadside assistance and couldnt get anyone on the phone at all. Ive also been billed more than the amount due two times and was hung up on after being told I should just "pay it and then they would refund me later if it was wrong" when I called to find out why my bill had changed. It took me 3 days of playing phone tag with customer service to have it corrected and then it just happened again the next month. In addition to all of that Ive never gotten my card in the mail, again Ive called multiple times to have it corrected and nothing has changed. Im extremely dissatisfied and most certainly wold not recommend AAA.
