Horrible experience! They booked me a ticket trough a country for which I needed visa (even though I was not leaving the airport, just transiting). I found out about that at the airport at the check-in counter where the airline folks told me that I couldn’t board the plane because I didn’t have the valid visa! The agency should be aware of these things! I had to buy a brand new ticket there on the spot which of course was very expensive. The agency refunded me several months later. I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone!

Axioma Travel is only good to take money from your credit card,after that you are on your own if you run into any kind of problems with your reservation they will not help nor even answer your call.I will not recommend this agency to anyone!!!

Worst experience ever! They told us we have tickets, charged our card and 5 days later canceled our tickets! Not to be trusted!!!
