Trust me - Bliss is THE way to go!!! (Experienced traveler). I seriously recommend Bliss to ever friend, colleague and relative that is thinking about a vacation. First, let me tell you that I have used Bliss Travel Service for two big out of the country trips - Dominican Republic & Jamaica. Both times, I told Dominique the budgets I was working within, and she made it happen. I used to book corporate travel as part of my job, so I feel I am a pro at finding the best deal. Well both times, Dominique had better deals and I looked EVERYWHERE. Not only that, but her communication is amazing as I had questions and changes both trips, and she never took more than an hour to get back to me. Lastly, she went above and beyond especially on my last vacation as it was a special occasion and really made it even more special by a nice surprise. I am telling you, from start to finish, save yourself some time and book through Bliss Travel Service. You will not find a better deal, a more buttoned up itinerary, and always available for any communication/ questions. I cannot wait to book another trip with Bliss/ Dominique!

Buyer beware. I had one of the worst experiences booking a special family celebration with this company. I recommend doing the leg work yourself so you can save time, money and frustration. The owner was not helpful when things at hotel in Dominican Republic went wrong and even said things were out of her control. In my opinion we had an agreement once money exchanged hands and the lack of professionalism and ownership of the situation completely blew me away. I tried to resolve the issue on my own but because this agent booked my travel, American Airlines vacation would not even discuss my reservation with me and the hotel was helpless too. There has not been complete resolution and I dont expect there to be any follow up. Very, very disappointed.

The daunting experience of trying to arrange and split travel between various resorts and organize a wedding scope trip led us to look to Bliss Travel, and we were more than impressed. Professional, yet personable, expeditious and a true passion for her work, Dominique took so much stress out of planning our trip, as well as saving us over $1400 had we booked ourselves. She even answered our emails and cry for help when a separate hotel we booked on our own botched our booking. Standing in a jungle village in Mexico and she answered us quicker from the States than the actual hotel manager there. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely be using her service in the future, especially for the wedding party. Thank you immensely Dominique!

We were looking for a local travel agent and found Bliss through Yelp. We met with Dominique to plan a Western Caribbean cruise. She gave us great recommendations and responded to all questions quickly. Dominique not only saved us money on our cruise, but when hurricane Matthew hit just days before our scheduled departure, she was checking in with us regularly, even though she was out of the country herself. Superb service and we look forward to working with her in our next family adventure!

Dominique was absolutely amazing! We told her what we would like to experience at our all-inclusive resort, and she found a resort that delivered exactly what we wanted. Her personal touches and ability to take care of every small detail was perfect. We will definitely utilize her services in the future!!
