Awful experience! I dont normally write bad reviews but after my visit to Vitalize Med Spa I felt compelled to warn people. I went for a Botox treatment with Dr Nadir, which I have had multiple times before with great results ( not here or with her). After about 5 days there was very little effect. I called to tell them and Tina, scheduled me for a follow up appointment. When Dr Nadir saw how little effect the injection had she seemed shocked but then offered to inject more at my expense. I told her that I had 20 unit injections at the same site before and hadnt ever had less than great results. I asked whether she could have injected the botox into the wrong spot and she said that it couldnt have been a mistake on her end because shes done "1000s of these". She also said that it couldnt have been a bad vial because she didnt have any other customer complaints, although her google reviews indicate otherwise. So, I understand that it could be a number of things that could have caused the problem but the fact remains that I paid her for a service in which I got little to no result from. What was really apalling to me was how she handled the situation. She proceeded to tell me that she makes no money off of Groupons and that she wasnt going to lose money on me. Her costs and expenses are not my concern. I am a business owner myself and when my customers are not satisfied or I make a mistake on my end, I pay for it. It is just a part of owning a business. Unfortunately, that mentality does not exist here. I wish they would have told me over the phone that they wouldnt help me without charging me more money. It would have saved me a 40 min drive and an hour wait.

I have been getting injections for over five years now and this was the worst experience I have ever had! They water down their Botox and make you pay more money when they inject you wrong. You would think with me being their walking billboard they would try to correct the their mistakes at no cost to me! Very unhappy with my experience and will never go back!

I was so nervous about Botox because I had never had it done. Tina made me feel right at home and my experience was great! It was a great experience from the scheduling to the end! Professional staff and super friendly! Totally recommend to everyone!

Been getting Botox for a year now and have never had such an unprofessional experience. I also agree with the other reviews that it must be watered down. No difference at all. Will be letting everyone know to avoid this place.
