I recently was in Phoenix visiting family and decided to try out a local float spa. I have always wanted to experience floating in a sensory deprivation tank. At first it was extremely difficult to shut off my brain, but after about 20 minutes I was completely relaxed. A euphoric feeling overcame my body and mind during the rest of my float. Childhood memories that I had long forgot about appeared in my head. It was a really awesome feeling! After my float I was relaxed and pain free for the rest of the day! Thank you Denise for providing such a nice treatment! I will be back the next time Im in town!!!

These people where great..They let me walk in and the therapist came back from her lunch early to accommodate me,and to avoid interfering with her next appointment .,she did a wonderful job and when i left great. . im going too try the cryotherapy next time . the rates are very good , everyone i met there was friendly and knowledgeable.i will definitely be back ,

Thank you to a very nice staff at Essential Wellness Center for a wonderful day of relaxation! Thank you to Jennifer who gave me a hr massage, it was wonderful and very much needed! Then I went into the float pod after my massage and at first it took me a bit to get used to floating in the pod but when I did, it was amazing!!!! So relaxed now. Thank you. I will be back

I went in with so much pain. After my session with Jennifer Ive walked out feeling great. and will be going back! This is my third time to essential wellness. I had a session with Bethany and she was awesome, I went in with such a bad headache and I came out feeling rejuvenated and headache was gone .

Love this place, so relaxing! I would totally recommend getting the 1 hr float and 1 hr massage or one of the services one week and the other the following week! I am in pure heaven!! Very clean and the staff is so nice! Thank you for making me feel brand new again, see you soon!
