I contacted salon owner Jennifer to schedule a pedicure. I informed Jennifer that Id like to schedule my service with her. However, Jennifer refused to schedule my appointment with her since I had received 2 prior pedicures from another nail tech in the salon. Additionally, Jennifer insisted that I continue my services with the prior nail technician. Apparently, Jennifer fails to recognize that her business is a "walk-in" basis one and that customers likely dont receive the same nail technician each service. Moreover, it is certainly a customers right to request the services of any (available) technician. Jennifers response and actions were highly inappropriate and unacceptable and certainly fall short of quality business practices. SHAME ON YOUR NAILS & SPA OWNER JENNIFER FOR SUCH SUBSTANDARD & INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This salon is the best in the valley; I wont go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly, and experienced. The salon is beautiful and pristine. They have plenty of shiatsu pedicure stations, and the massages are so relaxing! Their pedicures and manicures are the best quality; Ive never been disappointed, even though Im a perfectionist! Their selection of gels/polishes out numbers days in the year. On top of all that, their prices are economical! They accept walk-ins and appointments; Ive rarely waited for service. Also, the owners are there often, and are SO friendly : )) Ive had overlays, gel coats, acrylics...they are great at everything, you wont be disappointed! Do it : )

There are probably 15 nail salons between my house and this one but we drive past them all to go here. My wife Amy and I go here whenever we have the time. Very clean and a fantastic staff. They offer us an assortment of beverages every time we visit. This group understands customer service. Being a small business, they encourage you to use cash to avoid paying credit card fees. However, they approach it through a loyalty program, rather than attacking you for paying with a credit card like other nail salons we have been to. Keep up the good work!

This place is absolutely amazing. They were a bit short staffed the day I went in but they were able to take me very quickly; less than a 15 minute wait. They offered a variety of drinks to me as well while I waited. The salon is so clean and relaxing! And they have individual tub liners, which I dont see often. They also have a huge variety of types of mani/pedis; the Cocoa Delux was awesome! I have tried so many salons in North Phoenix, and this is the one I will come back to.

Was greetes and seated in a salon chair within 15 minutes of walking in. My nails came out just the way i wanted and looked amazing. My nails also lasted over a month until i took them off with some effort. Very nice and clean establishment.

This is the first time I have ever visited. I dont know why I never noticed it before. Staff is awesome! Service was terrific! I will definitely come here again. I had a pedicure and waxing that was top notch. Thank you!

Jen is amazing! I get the liquid gel nails and she always makes them look natural. She is fast too! The salon is clean and all the techs are very friendly.
